Take about 1200 milograms of SIU.  That should do the trick.

No.  I only prescribe death in person.

Posteromedial Splints?

You went to a doctor for shin splints? Nancy.

I've had shin splints before, they are a pain in the ass, I got them from running long distances on hard surfaces. I got rid of them by ignoring them.

Doctor? No one said anything about a doctor. Who needs doctors when you have the interweb?

No, self-diagnosis. I pretty much know how I got them. I wore some shoes that supported the outside of my foot instead of the inside arch area. I knew something was wrong when I got them(a gift). I started playing basketball in them...and bam...shin splints!

Fun for the whole family! :-\

I used to get them in high school when baseball season would first start because of the metal spikes I wore. I bought some inserts for the cleats and manned up for a week until they went away. They are annoying though.

I remember a long time ago one year when I played baseball, the weather was always zesty so the first couple of practices were on a tennis court. When we were doing sprints back and forth when I'd stop and then quickly turn around it fargin hurt. Do that 20 times every day with shin splints...shtein.
