I had a $50 bet with someone that Vince Young would make the Pro Bowl within 5 years. No details about how, just he would make it within 5 years. I didn't even know he was playing until I saw him today. The guy I bet aginst says no deal beacuse he was

Since there were no details as to how Young makes the pro bowl (ie: must be named on the initial selection, not as an injury/cancellation replacement) then I'd say you won the bet.
However, if Vince Young plays in the probowl and nobody watches, did it really happen?

its not even a question, once an alternate is sent to the game, he's a Pro Bowler. I think Donovan has more appearances as an alternate than he does as an original selection, but they all count as Pro Bowl appearances.
