William James
Mike Lewis
Dedrick Roper
Those three will not play according to Spads.
If Dallas loses then we will probably see some guys being rested. Westbrook mostly because he is the bell cow and also because he has had the flu this week.
Admit it. You just started this thread so you'd have an excuse to write "bell cow".
I'm in Oakland where they aren't showing the game, so I'll be chillin' here.

Not as bad as Detroit. Friggin' bums. They just blew a 13-0 lead on two drives.

FOX Philly has cut to the Eagles coverage...
Yeah, they switched to the SF game out here.
I got to see the girls last attempt, my wife told me I sounded like a school girl after DEtriot stopped them. :-D

DALLAS SUCKS
I was wrong wrong wrong when I was crying about the season being over.
They switch to the game just in time to see Rod Hood get a PI. Awesome timing.
Wow... that was bad. The game's meaningless now for the Eagles and they know it but still...
Every goddamn week...Rod Hood gets a penalty.
I can't wait until William James is ready to play.
AJ Feeley is coming in.
I would guess Westbrook is out too
Good news.
Sounds good. This game doesn't mean jack anymore.
Runyan and Tra out too. Buck limping off the field now... :-\
OL in now is..
Herremans
Jackson
Cole
Young
Andrews
Moats in a RB now. Schobel is also playing TE
Looks like it's Bucks knee
Interesting look on the line now.
Buck looks like he tweaked an ankle.
Moats is tentative. Stick your head in there and run.
i obviously always love seeing dallas lose, but that may have been the best ever.
next week is gonna be fun as shtein.

Dunno yet. The way he was limping off, it looked like an ankle injury. There's been no update from the talking heads yet.
It would be ever so sweet to win today with second and third stringers playing the whole game.
Its his left knee and he is walking into the locker room.
It looked like he actually was grabbing the calf or the outside of the knee.
Moats was limping too. We might end up seeing Mahe and Tapeh finish this game. I would love to see Moats have a big day though
Considine holds his position for a good stop.
Buckhalter update... knee sprain. In the lockerroom.

The Eagles are trying to get that quota in the last two games. That is their 3rd in the last game and a half.
I hope Tapeh's finger is OK. And BUck's knee. And Moats' leg.
Still here. Paused the game due to phone call so catching up now.
The Falcons just SUCK
Was Vick hurt?
Check that. I see:
Quote1-10-ATL48 (14:59) M.Vick sacked at ATL 37 for -11 yards (J.Thomas). Atl #7 M. Vick injured right knee. His return is doubtful.
Quote4-7-PHI 22 (11:39) (Field Goal formation) M.Schaub pass to E.Beverly to PHI 23 for -1 yards (J.McDougle).
Jerome McDougle made a play!!
Yes, I realize I'm talking to myself.

Exactly, what I'm wondering is if they're doing this then why the hell would they have shown the Detroit - Dallas game? There wasn't anything to be won there, there were still a lot of important games.
Actually if Dallas won it made the Philly game a must win for the Eagles (and no switching over to the crappy 9ers). But since Dallas lost it inherently made the Philly game irrelevant. So for the execs, switching to a game with meaning makes sense... it still sucks though.
Schaub needs to demand to start or be traded. He's wasting prime time on the bench while Mr. Overrated sucks up playing time.
Crumpler TD....17-17
Akers missed (first time under 30 yds) because the laces werent out
The ball was damn near lying on it's side on the ground. That was a horrible hold.
Switched the game here, and it took nearly 10 minutes to lift the blackout on my Sunday Ticket.

Yeah right, now Ronny Mex can take painkillers with his booze and get ultra-sloshed. He must be lovin' it.
Purple Drank for Mexico!
Dhani Jones had 11 tackles...everybody strum your air banjo!!
Matt McCoy had 2 sacks...igy go grab a #51 butta joint on eBay!!
Juqua Thomas had 2 sacks and 1 carted off...everyone eat a Valtrex to honor Vick!!
Considine had a pick and a sack...add a #37 to that order, igy!!
Did y'all see how large Grady Jackson is? Dude has to be over 400. Has to be. Andrews was 380 last year and nowhere near that big. He's bigger than Gilbert Brown
Grady Jackson seemed like he had trouble moving. Poor guy. He did have one good play where he blew up the play in the backfield, but he just looks like he is about to collapse after every play.
The Eagles played well, considering the Eagles backups beat the Falcons first team who wanted to end the season 'on a high note'. The starters virtually get a bye, the backups get some valuable playing time and a chance to knock off some rust going into the playoffs if they are to be needed and/or gives them added confidence in their special teams coverage and spot situations by giving them additional reps against a first team offense, etc.
Overall, very good win. AJ looked good. He was shaky at first but then had great confidence in the pocket. I don't think he was sacked, either. Even our makeshift O-line with everyone being switched around didn't give up a sack. Good deal.
It was good to see that the team still had a good deal of confidence, that they play hard and go into games expecting to make plays and expecting to win. Confidence is a wonderful thing. And what's even better is that it is contageous.
Hank Baskett could be a good steal. He ran nice routes and make good adjustments. I thought he would fizzle and be relegated to McMullen status, but he has played well when given an opportunity as of late and has made some clutch catches for an undrafted rookie.
Just getting in now after going to the game and then going out to eat and party for a little bit and what not.
It sucks that my first game at the Linc ended up being playeyd by the Eagles back-ups, but I really didn't care. What an awesome stadium, and a real fun game to watch. The place was electric when they flashed the Dallas/Detroit score as a final. Real fun game to watch, everyone was still into the game even though the backups were in. I was in section 127, row 25...any CFers around that region?
Some observations....
-I wouldn't be TOO scared if Garcia were to go down with injury during the playoffs. AJ might suck everywhere else, but he seems very comfortable in this offense. Once he calmed down he had a hell of a game.
-Baskett saw increased time and, what do you know...his stats go up. Still though, totally sucks, can't get open in the NFL.
-Avant looked real good, made some nice catches and showed some good YAC abilities.
-Didn't like seeing Andrews at tackle. I assume they did it since Jean-Gilles and Pat McCoy were inactive (Was Justice inactive too?), but I hope this isn't them getting a look at how he'll be at tackle in the future. Liked seeing Herremans out there though. Just sucks that they had to keep Andrews out there and risk getting him hurt.
-McDougal's name was said a lot tonight. Or maybe I just happened to notice what names were being called during him making a little string of plays.
-Moats was meh. He showed ability to make some guys miss and out run them to the edge....but the blocking really wasn't there for him. I'd still rather have him be the 3rd string RB then Mahe.
just finished rewatching the game as i left at halftime since it was basically a preseason game
feely looked real good...nice to see that
everything else in the game was meaningless...
aj will be next year's opening day starter if 5 isn't ready to play yet.
But but but! Only Garcia could fire up this team to play like they did! GARCIA!
