I second B.
he bet me $50 that Young wouldn't make the Pro Bowl in his first 5 years.
Worst. Quarterback. Ever.
E
doesnt this have to render the wonderlic irrelevant
i couldnt think of a single good reason it was ever administered before VY
Marino = 14
Favre = 22
Brady = 33
Eli Manning = 39
Brian Griese = 39
Supposedly it was created to give GMs an idea of who to pick if two or more players were equal in terms of ability and measurements. I guess this is the "intangibles" or "book smarts" test or something, but it's clearly flawed...
Didn't McNabb score a 12 or something?
BTW, I think the answer is actually A.
All it shows you is that any moron can play football.

WTF are you talking about?! Mario Williams totally has 4 1/2 sacks.
Ha.
Well, even if Williams made as much of an impact on the field, Young would have put a TON of asses in their seats as well. And David Carr is just certainly not the answer.
The good thing about this is the guy who botched the Texans draft, Charlie Casserly, could be the Jints GM. When he paid Carr that bonus to keep him and then passed on Bush he proved his stupidity. I think Kubiak also played a role in not drafting Bush because he came from the Denver system where they think any dude can run for 1,000 yards+.
casserly is actually a quality PP guy...he 'botched' the texans draft because he was a lame duck gm and just didnt care...he figured its his last pick potentially ever why not throw everyone for a loop and if youre right youre the genius of all time and if youre wrong you will be long gone
Didn't he draft Heath Shuler too?
heres the list of gm's who dont have a bad pick on their resume.....
You forgot Billicheck and Paioli. They're perfect.
His drafting record with Houston was pretty spotty. I'd say it was actually bad. A few good picks but mostly bad ones. Including a bad trade with Oakland to get Philip Buchanon. And the Jason Babin drafting after trading up. He also traded a #1 pick (and two others) for Brad Johnson in 1999.

Well, he's better than Vinny Cerrato.
Young outruns the field, is top offensive rookie
Associated Press
NEW YORK -- Vince Young looks as if he'll make the NFL his personal playground, too.
Vince Young ran away with the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year award.
The dynamic quarterback for the Tennessee Titans won The Associated Press Offensive Rookie of the Year Award on Wednesday. He did it in the same fashion he turned around the Titans' season -- running away from the rest of the field.
Young, who led Texas to the 2005 national championship and was the third overall pick in last April's draft, overwhelmed one of the strongest rookie classes in NFL history. He received 23 votes from a nationwide panel of 50 sports writers and broadcasters who cover the league.
