(Dallas Talk thread)
Slight chance TO might be suspended for spitting at DeAngelo Hall vs. the Falcons.
But s4sly, is the pride back? Can the Eagles actually win this farging game? GO BIRDS!
I pray to god that they can pull this off. Barber and Jones will be tough to stop.
All I have to say is FARG DALLAS!!!!1111one!111111111111!!!!one!!!111111!one!!!

Ah yes.
farg Dallas.
Thrashed 'em once already, why not again?
Death to:
Jerrah
TO
Homo Romo
Marion Barber III
Gazoo
Fatass Manboobs Parcells
Their cockroach fans
FARG DALLAS.
No bullshtein. If we pull this thing off next week... I'm booking a flight to Miami the 1st week of February.
farg DALLAS!!
farg Dallas. Every single one of them.
FARG DALLAS!!
farg them ho's.
Eagles stop the run = win.
Eagles need to contain Homo in the pocket = win. Take away the edges where he rolls out and keep him bottled up.
I'm with the guy whose name used to be Joel1972. Whatever happens with Romo won't matter if Marion Barber can run for ten yards a pop, which is something he has a tendency to do.

That's what I thought about Barber and Jacobs.
BDuBB don't get no respect even on the Eagles Nation. Mr. Westbrook will probably be the best Eagle there has ever been for a while. But, overlooked here just like the ProBowl. Before I placed that Congrats! There were Threads to PLAX, STADIUM LOOKING WORSE, JShort, JBloom and Bruce Perry. Please...
The only one thinking positively against on "Giants TALK" was MUNSON!
The rest on that thread were all neg nellies. (NduBBs!)
Gracia threw his INT and made his mistake. Next week he better be even more focused. I spoke ish about him, but would be gald to eat some Crow!
All I want for Christmas is to see T.O. (even better on the sidelines) and the Cowboys Lose!
FARG Dallas!!!

Me too. Hopefully Parcells continues to wait until mostly in the 2nd half to use him because maybe by then the Eagles have a big lead and they can't use him. Parcells seems to use Julius Jones in the 1st half and then salts it away in the 2nd half with Barber.
How sweet would it be to see Little T and his never-to-be-used-again-finger-because-he's-doing-it-for-the-team lose to both McNabb and Garcia in the same season?

I don't see why the Eagles can't take down Dallas before flaming out famously no later than the first round of the playoffs. Sure, the season is over, as the team is absolutely not winning a Super Bowl, but there's no reason not to cheer on Jeffy Garcia and enjoy the ride.
Holla.
but there's no reason not to cheer on Jeffy Garcia and enjoy the ride.
garcia makes all the diference in the world for thsi team...his attitude is so much better than mcnabbs...he has the whole team fired up and is leading them...i love him getting in peoples faces and showing actual anger and rage out there as opposed to mcnabb throwing an interception and giggling about it
Yeah, that's going to be an interesting thing to watch when McNabb comes back. He'd better be learning from how Garcia handles his team, or things could get ugly.

For the last few years I've had no problem with McNabb keeping himself pretty level in terms of emotion on the field but I gotta admit that after seeing Garcia all fired up after good and bad plays and the way that the team is responding to him that I wouldn't mind seeing McNabb act/react the same way.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
Agreed. I like the emotion. Buckhalter whiffs on Carlos Emmons and gets you flattened? You farging get in his farging face about it! Gibril Wilson late-hits you one play without getting flagged, so you spike the ball near his feet on the next play! Jeremiah Trotter and the defense play a good game, so you lovingly kiss the side of his helmet...
Oh wait, we can skip the last one there.
i'll give a big ole farg dallas but i'm going into this week with cautious optimism like i did going into the gints game.

LOL...he didn't just whiff. He practically threw Emmons into Garcia.
This team is playing with such emotion, and it is because of Garica!
Feels good to be in this position during Dallas week 8)
Good morning all, have a good week and
FARG DALLAS

I'll give him a pass because he actually got the ball inside the red zone and didn't fumble it earlier!

Buck didn't give that great of protection but Garcia did roll right back into the tackle. It's probably natural for Garcia to roll back to the right since he is right handed. It was just an unfortunate play.
We are going to have to come out firing early and keep it up all game. The run game made it easier on Garcia yesterday. I absolutley loved the play calling. If we can keep the ball outta Dallas' hands then I think we can do it. I was so anxious for yesterday's game, I havn't had that feeling since the first Dallas game. Reality is that the next game is the big one. It's the game I have been looking forward to since the schedule came out. I knew it would be Us vs ThemGayBoys. This is what its all about!
Akers needs to get his shtein together. We need to establish the run, control the clock and game. Keep our D fresh. Contain and get pressure on Romo.
I was just thinking, how sweet would it be if a Garcia lead Eagles team beat TO and Dallas in the same season as a McNabb lead Eagles team beat them. Dare I say kharma would be a bitch for all the headache's and shtein talking he's done to both players.
Parcells called Reid when Eagles were 5-6 to offer encouragement (http://www.dallascowboys.com/multimedia_center.cfm?id=A3FE426E-B6FD-2806-423E14FD40A3920F)
Man, glad that was 46 secs in instead of close to the 28 min.
I think the Eagles will come out with an intensity that Dallas will have to match. I just believe with the fire and emotion Garcia's shown--he wants it for them more than anyone.
Also, I believe I read in one of the papers yesterday, that Akers is perfect in Texas Stadium in his career--whereas he was only 15-26 in the Meadowlands.

So Parcells used to be in love with Holmgren and now wants to make out with Reid? That's disgusting.

it's amazing that this game is making Christmas an after thought. i just want it to be tomorrow 5pm, NOW.
Stopping the run is key to this game. If Romo can pick his spots to pass this game is over quick.
We find out if the Eagles and Garcia can hang with a decent team this week. I like our chances if Bwest can move the ball on the ground, and the establishing the run is made the top priority.
From a poster on the Cowboys MB:
QuoteFYI. My brother (works at Borgota in A.C.) said he spoke to Garcia (QB for Eagles) for a few minutes and he told my brother he might not play because of the turf burn on top of his hand might be infected. Those who watched him last week will remember he had a clear bandage over the area on top of his throwing hand. I think he will ultimately end up playing because I think he is the Eagles only chance of winning this game.

If that's true, I don't know what to think.
AJ Feeley is probably a little less accurate, but I think he'd play with the same fire Garcia has been playing with. And his arm strenght is prertty good. I'd ratheer have Garcia in right now, but I don't think whether were gonna win or lose this game will be changed by who the QB is (unless McNabb suddenly had a healthy knee). This game is gonna be up to Westbrook and the defense to win, I think.
I highly doubt it has any truth. He's not on the weekly injury report and there is nothing being reported today.
Turf burn????
With the amount of injuries guys play through, I assure you Garcia can play through turf burn.
Not if he got one of those flesh-eating bacterial infections, which some guys have been getting from turf-burn the last few years.
However, if that were the case A) he'd be scratched by now and B) he'd be at the hospital on IV antibiotics, not down at Borgota's.
Off topic, but not worthy of new thread:
I went to a Christmas party today (yesterday now, whateva) and apparently, my cousin's girlfriend used to smoke weed with Buckhalter a lot. She said he's a major pot head. I'm sure this isn't a surprise to anyone (people smoke weed? WHAT?) but that means I know someone that knows someone that is a football player! OMG ANYONE WANT MY AUTOGRAPH?
uhhh... anyway, back on topic..... farg Dallas, farg TO, farg Parcells, have some dip
had a buddy who went to USC and got stoned regularly with Jack Del Rio. I crack up everytime I see him roaming the sidelines.
Merry Christmas. farg Dallas.
Personally I think stories of smoking weed with professional football players and coaches DOES deserve its own thread. Could turn out to be a lengthy one.
Someday people will realize once and for all that you can smoke grass AND be a productive, successful, decent person.
Also, pigs will fly.
can this game please start???? I don't feel like waiting 4 more hrs.
I'm getting comfortable setting up with beers in hand. Got my throwback Carmichael on. Very special Mitchell and Ness jersey. I wore it when won against Atlanta and I regret not wearing it for the Super Bowl.
Anyway. Lets farg these cats up.

RIP James Brown.
This piece on Horse Collar is enough to make me sick. Jesus.
That is ludicrous. Garcia and Feeley are the only QBs on the roster right now. If there was ANY possibility whatsoever even an hour after the Giants game ended that Garcia wouldn't be able to go then we would've brought someone (probably Neckbeard) in.
Eagles - 31
Dallas - 27
COME ON BIRDS! WIN THIS MOTHERFARGING GAME!!!!!!!!
