I have Norton Internet Security and there is a 'program error'...aka virus...so these fargers want me to pay $70.00 to get them to get rid of this for me....what the farg...is that how they operate? Help.
if i told you once i told you a million times.
it's a DISC drive...DISC...
Which means? ???
For $40, I can get them to give me instructions on how to remove them myself.
And I quote,
"If you are smart enough to edit the registries, you can do it yourself".
farging Indian Customer Service! :boom
All they would do is remotely access my computer from where they are and clean it out.
It's like paying to be raped from a far place. Part of me doesn't feel comfortable with this. The other part says farg it, I don't want my shtein to crash.
And thus, that is why their business model works.
farg their customer service. I got on the phone with a friend at the same time the customer service rep kept asking me what I wanted to do(which service I wanted to pay for)...
He said it didn't sound like a virus, more like a problem with Norton. I told him I updated Windows last night...and I have the new Explorer.....also, the scan that I ran stopped at windows explorer.exe...when the problem popped up...
my friend said that most likely, when I updated windows, one of the updated DLL's wasn't working correctly with Norton and the Norton system probably didn't like it and it came up with this error farging message that they wanted me to pay $80 for just because that punjabi didn't know what the farg I was talking about. I'm surprised they didn't tell me to turn off my system, unplugg all of the cables, stick a finger up my ass and turn the system back on.
Bunch of good for nothings. Anwyays, problem solved. some of you cared. Get back to work.
I've heard about problems with IE 7.x, if that makes any difference. :-\
uninstall norton, get Mozilla Firefox are your web browser, reinstall norton... thats my worthless advice
Chuggie, I've already told you that you can't have cyber sex by sticking your fleshpop into the computer. But since you insist on doing it anyway, at least wrap it up first so your computer doesn't get teh AIDS.
sell that piece of shtein PC and buy a Mac. Problem solved ;D
