Baltimore vs. Cincinnati tonight on NFL Network...
I think I am going to have to start McNair in my FFL so I hope that he can torch the Bengals defense.
I think I'm not going to watch this game because I don't have NFL Network.
Go Bengals.
Nick Lachey is singing the National Anthem.
Nick. Lachey.
farg the NFL.
Gumbel's voice is like fingernails on a blackboard. :poison
Although he just used Lurie's trademarked phrase to describe Ed Reed saying; "he's the gold standard of safeties"
Gumbel already farging up.
"Bengals turn it over on downs."
All we need now is Katie Couric on the sidelines...
This is one boring game. But I hope the Bengals win. I hate the Ravens and the Bengals winning helps the Eagles get a better draft pick.
Looks like the Bengals defense came to play. Sorry Phreak. :-\
Bengals just scored. 13-0. Palmer to TJ Whosyourmama
Looks like the 98% of the country not seing the game isn't missing much.
Bengals win 13-7.
McNair to Mason in the fourth with 1 minute left to go. Bengals recover onside kick. Ball game.
Johnathan Joseph should have had four picks tonight. Bengals looked good. Ravens looked zesty.

All good - he got me 19 points. Not too shabby.
I like how just about everyone in the sports media world has been talking about the Ravens for the last week or 2 and how they are the most balanced team in the NFL and how the offense has turned it on since Billick took over playcalling.......so they go out there last night and are 60 seconds away from being shut out. ha!
Billick wouldn't come off that run. Just like Andy gets pass happy, some teams get run happy and will do it to a fault. The Ravens were doing that last night.
I picked Baltimore to go to the Super Bowl and people laughed at me. Theyre still laughing at me, but not so much now.

Their receivers are a joke. Watching the Bengals cornerbacks bitchslap Mason & Co. last night reminded me of the Eagles/Panthers NFCCG.
Johnathan Joseph should have snagged 4 McNair passes last night. He abused Derrick Mason all night.
I forgot this game was on.
And speaking of the abused Derrick Mason, he had 90 yards and a TD.

The TD went for 36 yards and he caught it because Tory James fell. He didn't look good at all last night. But I guess you had to watch it to see ;)
It seemed like he converted quite a few third and longs for the Ravens late in the game.
I thought you guys liked clutchiousness and what not.
He caught one pass on third down for a first down and one on a 4th and 4 to continue a drive that ultimately stalled. Damn he's so clutch.
Also caught his TD on a third down. He better have. Hard to drop it when the ball goes uncontested!
Tell that to the entire Falcons receiving corp and Reggie Brown.

So yeah, who should we root for in the NYG & DAL game? On one hand I want to see the GMen continue to go down and Eli continue to get punked. But the Romo hype train has to stop. Its getting old. Bobby Hoying type hysteria. Do we concede the NFCE to DAL and shoot for NYG's WC spot or hope to see the division get muddled up some more?

This is the way to go but man there is just no way I can cheer for the cowgirls!
Minny and Chicago? Jets and GB? Could this games get any shteintier?
The Falcons are awful. Two dropped passes so far.
They are losing 14-0 to the taterskins. On the bright side, I hate the Falcons. On an even brighter side, Skins fans are now convinced they can make the playoffs.
and we all laughed at them last year when they were 5-6.
GB is getting killed 31-0 at the half by the J-E-T-S..JETS JETS JETS.
14-10 in the ATL-WAS game now.
TEN is playing IND tougher than the Eagles played them - 14-10 Indy at the half
STL is losing to ARZ, which is something we should root for.
DET playing NE tough too.
Campbell just threw a terrible INT...a big DL returns it like 60 yards.
Now Vick throws a TD to Jenkins.
17-14 ATL.
Campbell is their savior. Taking them to the promised land. :-D
Hollis and Simoneau both have sacks for the Saints today...
taterskins have 0 penalties (so far), which is good. Now Bubba and his screenshots won't have anything to bitch about this week.
Not true, Phreak. You know if they lose he will claim the Falcons held on every play but some werent called in important situations.
Phil Simms verbal fellation of Brett Favre is excruciating. Can any media man not realize that he is washed up and sucks now?
Ah, yes. How silly of me to forget that.
ARZ scored again. 24-10
Buffalo playing SD close - 17-14 SD so far
DET & NE tied at 13...
14-10 Indy going into the 4th
NO leading SF 14-10
GB finally scores a TD; 31-10 NYJ
KC winning 28-14
Rex Grossman has THREE more INT's and 22 yards passing. 14-6 Bears (Hester PR & Manning INT)

M.McKenzie to SF 6 for 54 yards (A.Smith).
And as bad as Grossman has been, Brad Johnson has been worse. He just threw his 4th INT.
Johnson - 11/26 73 yards 0 TD 4 INT
Grossman - 4/14 22 yards 0 TD 3 INT
Combined - 15/40 95 yards 0 TD 7 INT
NORWOOD 69 YARDS TD!!
24-14 Falcons
Dagger to Skins. Norwood 69 yard TD! :-D
At least the taterskins are done. I mean, I was really worried there for a second.
ATL = 218 rushing yards
Congrats Washington, you join the Eagles in the zesty run D dept.
Joe getting booed for sending out the punter.
Vince Young throws another TD - 17-14 Titans
18-13 Pats winning now
CHI scores; 21-6
The Bears suck. Directional punting against Hester + Not being Brad Johnson= formula for win
Classless taterskin fans cheering when Vick went down. Quick! Someone check to see if they have German font displayed in the scoreboards!
Marcel Shipp - 7 carries 21 yards 3 TDs
ARZ leads 31-13
Da Bears get a safety - 23- 6 now
38-10 NYJ
Get ready for a week of Reggie Bush cack smoking by the media.
2 rushing TDs and 1 receiving TD today
:-D @ the wonderbra word filter
Marv pouted last week and today Peyton is feding him...7-172-TD
VY with a chance to stick it to Manning.
Wow..Derek Anderson in for Charlie Frye and leads the Browns back. Tied up at 28 now.

:-D Campbell INT'd in the endzone. So much for that
Brandon (3rd and a 4th + $10M SB) Lloyd gets a 15yd penalty for taking off his helmet and throwing it after the INT
Fox stop showing us this Bears/Vikings crap and give us Lions/Pats!
Isn't it lovely? God the Racists suck. I love it.
NE ties it up with a TD + 2pt...
Titans getting close to FG range!
Rock Cartwright blocks the punt, Blondie poster on ES gets wet...

We ain't the only ones to lose on a 60 yarder.
ATL defense holds...they win it.
Crazy ending there. Good, farg Indy.
OT now between KC and Cle. Still got that shtein game on Fox, though.
Bironas hit a 60 yard FG to beat the Colts. Helps the Eagles get a better pick. :yay
Browns beat Chiefs in comeback win.
Go Giants.
Peerless Price makes a SICK catch in the corner of the endzone. Bills within 3 of the Chargers with 30 seconds left.
Martin! Woo! :-D
fargstick drops the first pass thrown his way. :-D
2 plays later...
Gramatica misses his 1st kick as a Cowboy wide right and short from 44 yds. :-D
OK... bench Kiwi.
Last week... the catch and release on Vince Young... this week he catches a tipped pass for the INT and DROPS THE BALL while running it back UNTOUCHED and the Cowboys recover. :-D
Kiwi with another farg up! :-D
Wow, have I got destroyed on betting today:
San Diego
Indy
New England
Kasas City
They all beat me.
So far, I only had Chicago right -- too bad it was in a parlay.
I suck.
Time to make it up on the late game. I like Seattle +4. Who disagrees with me
I have no idea about the late game. Cutler's first game is risky either way.
Terrible week for me in my fantasy money league. I need scores from Tiki Barber or Andre Johnson badly or I'm doomed to last place.
I need Andre Johnson to score as well. I picked up Cutler in FA today. Ever since McNabb went down I've been testing the waters. I'm in first place with a 10-2 record but I want a decent QB for the playoffs. So I'm hoping Cutler has a decent game.
Plus I have Javon Walker :D
To hell with an Andre Johnson touchdown. They guy I'm playing against has him... and I'm sitting in pretty good shape. Let's keep it that way.
Gramatica on to try the GW 46 yd FG...
:boo
I forgot how much I hate the Gramatica family. The one good thing about Todd Sauerbrun was he hated them too and used to talk shtein.
That was a great game to watch though. Back and forth...
This helps the Eagles WC chances though.
I couldn't root for Dallas this game even if it helps our WC chances. We aren't making the playoffs so I was actually rooting for the Giants double because it helps our draft pick with them winning. Plus I don't want Dallas going into the playoffs with momentum, but they won't go anywhere in the playoffs regardless. Frauds.
DALLAS SUCKS!
The AFC has 9 teams with at least 7 wins. The NFC has 4...
Fantasy playoff matchups not looking good for me. I'm in, but right now I don't like what I see. I need a Denver pick 6.

Face it: no matter where the Eagles draft, they'll pick up some lineman who would have been still available at #32.

That decides it, then. They'll just have to win the whole damn thing. :paranoid
The cart comes out for Al Wilson, who's been down for about 5 minutes. Huge loss for the Denver defense.
Damn, 4th game-winning FG by Josh Brown this year. 50 yards.

Good money after bad, BABY!! Josh Brown just saved my day!
Anyone see the Broncos punter run out to the field and forget his helmet? Dude was in the endzone and then had to turn around and sprint back to the sidelines to get his hat. He barely made it back out with time to get set and get the punt off.
what exactly is going on in that vid IGY
it was a post game scuffle
but the funny part is that cowboy that taunts the giants with the 'jump shot'
FWIW...
The NYG-DAL game had bigger ratings in the Philadelphia market than in the NY market (per the Inky)
Better rating or more viewers? A NY rating point is worth a lot more than a Philly rating point, they have somewhere along the lines of 7 more million people in the city alone. I think it's 12 million more when metropolitan population is factored in. So that's saying much, either way.
More people watched it. At least thats what the paper said.
Seems possible to me. NY may have millions more, but it also has many millions who don't give a damn about the NFL.

I guess. Normally the highest rated cities are Minnesota, Green Bay and Pittsburgh because they all like football and those cities suck and there's nothing else to do on a sunday afternoon besides watch football. In NY, Philly, etc. there's beyond plenty to do.
