dayum.. those knees are living on borrowed time.

TSN usually does an article about this every year. (not Trotter, just players in general). The pain players endure to play this game is amazing. I swear I have an Eagles digest from 10 years ago which had a story about Bednarik duct taping a torn bicep in place during a game to continue. I really need to find that.
Quote"This machine works wonders," Trotter says, "but God is the only reason I stay on the field. The trainers don't understand how I'm ready to play every week. The doctors don't understand how I'm ready to play every week. God has me ready to play, no matter how I've looked during the week."
Trotter believes in the power of prayer. Wednesday and Thursday mornings, he stops by the house of his pastor, who prays with him for 30 to 40 minutes.
Idiot.
Perhaps the doctors should stop checking him out and treating him, they're really just getting in God's way.
The team really ought to get rid of doctors altogether. Use faith healers instead. Only the wicked get injured anyway. God hates weakness.
But which faith? I doubt God's going to accept a non-denominational faith healer.
Put enough money in any particular faith healer's pocket, and God will be plenty accepting.
Cynic.

Malice.
Best line Alec Baldwin ever had. Followed closely by:
"You see this watch? This watch costs more than your car."
That was a good article, but he ended it poorly. He switched temes and closed witht he new theme. Those should eb tow different articles.
