In Jay Glazers report (http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/5996414)
QuoteFormer Eagles WR Todd Pinkston, after having been released by the Vikings, turned back to his old team. No, he didn't ask for a tryout but instead filed a grievance against the Eagles, FOXSports.com has learned. Pinkston has field a grievance for cutting him while he was still injured and believes he's entitled to some cash.
Hmm...Todd says he is fine. Goes to MIN and passes a physical and then gets released.
Regardless of how he looked, because he obviously looked done, he passed a physical from another team. I would think that negates this whole thing.
As good as the Eagles were to him, he should just shut the farg up. He had a job with them when no other team in the league would have had him.
Next stop: Toronto Argonauts
Jabar Gaffney is also filing a grievance, but his is for defamation of character.

He needs at least one misdemeanor on his record before that happens.
Impersonating an NFL receiver doesn't count?
In his case, it should be a crime.
look for the conspiracy theory, that Reid released Pinky just so that Childress could sign him and release him...therefore attempting to indemnify Reid from the inital release of Pinky.
i luv lawyer jargon.
probably Pinks last chance to make some NFL money.

I'm filing a grievance against Pinky for having to watch his performance in the NFCCG against Carolina.
