Title: NFL Player Evaluations
Post by: reese125 on June 29, 2006, 11:09:22 AM
I wanted to get some pre-opinions/comments on any players people out there like for either a sleeper, super or pooper year. I know its early, the Phillies are having a world series year, Billy King is taking a Pat Croce karate class, Andy Reid just bought a new NordicTrac, and we could talk about other nonsense-- but its never too early for fantasy football:

Am I the only one that thinks that Jamal Lewis is going to have a stud year? The media was so hyped on this guy before last season because he just got out of a prison, and had a chip on his shoulder. they had him as a top 5 RB and  he was going to break out big time. I think now that he is fully rehabilitated--which he didnt have time to do last time--new contract and QB, this could be his year. Thoughts

yeah because getting opinions on fantasy players is awful. Your right

Let me guess, you want to keep talking about the skins WR's, how bad the Phillies are and Rajon Rondo?

ummm i like to talk about things that are REAL

if you need to come to a internet message board for fantasy football advice then you probably shouldnt be playing in the first place

playing fantasy football = fun
talking about fanatsy football = gay

Samie Parker of the Chiefs seems to be Trent Greens favorite target this offseason.  He might be looking to supplant Kennison for yards and TD's..which doesnt say that much but maybe a good 4th to have

Green, "Of the receivers, WR Samie Parker is having the best camp. He's made some great catches, great strides in terms of his consistency. I thought against Minnesota, in the scrimmage with them going against some different players, he came up with some incredible catches. He's just really developed very well and for him the biggest thing is going to be staying healthy. It's been that way a couple of years now, but if he can stay healthy he can definitely be a 1,000-yard receiver and he can put up some big numbers for us."
