Phanatic talking about Batman lead me to this one.
You know the kind of movie that is so awful that you just laugh your ass off and it becomes great entertainment.
two that come to mind for me right off the bat are:
U.S. Seals (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0195366/)- this movie is so ridiculous it's hard to watch without crying of laughter. At one point you can tell a bunker that is blown up is clearly made of paper mache.
Teen Wolf Too (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094118/)- Teen Wolf could have easily made this list if it wasnt for Teen Wolf Too. Want a random edit of a werewolf catching a frisbee at a park? you got it. How about a random scene at a party where a werewolf leads a break dance party. check. This movie is so bad (hilarious) that they actually package it for free when you purchase the original Teen Wolf.
sometimes a terrible movie can be more fun to watch then a "good" one. I could watch either of these movies above and laugh for a solid 1 1/2 hours.

Killer Klowns from Outer Space
although, it's best left to your memory of it rather than trying to watch it now.
Excellent choice, Wing. One of my personal favorites, esp. the John Vernon stuff. The Evil Dead trilogy comes to mind. As does all of Peter Jackson's early work (Bad Taste, Meet the Feebles).
Critters
"Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinkin' Your Juice in the Hood"

Agreed.
Many cheapie horror flicks fall into this category. I remember one called "Basket Case" that was particularly...um...memorable.
My sister-in-law found us a copy of "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians" on DVD this winter. We watched it for the so-bad-it's-good factor, plus there is also the hotness of the preteen Pia Zadora.

Toxic Avenger
Super Fuzz - Cop with super powers who's only weakness is the color red. Co-stars Ernest Brognine.
Trancers - Tim Thomerson a cop from the future sent back in time to stop a villian from turning all of us in the 20th centry to zombies. Co-stars Helen Hunt. The watch that slows down time was a cool if not cheap special effect.
Rooftops. It was a bunch of inner-city teens who lived on rooftops and battle rival gangs by breakdancing. It was horrifically hilarious. Me and my buddy turned to it one random boring night years ago and we couldn't change the channel it was that great.

Booty Call is awful and I love it. I laugh every goddamned time.
