Title: My Top Ten WR's Who Are Left
Post by: PhillyPhreak54 on April 29, 2006, 09:39:05 PM
My rankings of who is left:

1. Demetrius Williams - Oregon
2. Jeff Webb - San Diego State
3. Brandon Marshall - Central Florida
4. Devin Aromashodu - Auburn
5. Hank Baskett - New Mexico
6. Martin Nance - Miami (OH)
7. Willie Reid - Florida State - PITTSBURGH
8. Todd Watkins - BYU
9. Ben Obomanu - Auburn
10. Jonathan Orr - Wisconsin

Williams was projected as a #2 pick.

I really, really like Webb and Marshall.

Reid is a good KR too.

Aromashodu ran a 4.3

Edited - I had Reid in the wrong spot

I really, really, want Demetrius Williams. He's a better Pinkston.

Why would we want another Pinkston? They still haven't gotten rid of the old Pinkston.

We'll take Brandon Marshall because he's tall and went to a small school.

I would love for them to get Williams, I also would like to see them add someone like Humes or Riggs in the 4th as well.

Because it would mean the old Pinkston would be on the Eagles anymore.

And because he's got game. Mayock calls him mini-TO.

I would like to see Mike Bell in the 5th, DMF.

Willie Reid is gone. Too early IMO.

I'll take any of the below, as long as they are willing to wear #81, so we can all have our jersey's changed (from u know who).

Word... I'd be very happy with Marshall.

There is also Greg Lee and Skyler Green, Green is a dynamic return man.

I'll have to take your word on Demetrius Williams, but with stovall gone I would really like Marshall.

We need more weapons.

I don't think the Eagles even want to draft a receiver. If they wanted to they would have IMO.

Watkns is the obvious pick. Really a no brainer.

I want no part of Skyler Green, I'd rather have Jeremy Bloom. I also don't want another Pinky in Watkins.

I wouldn't mind Marshall, Mike Haas, Jason Avant. I'm not going to pretend to know everybody on Phreak's list.

I would also consider taking a flyer on Reggie McNeal or Michael Robinson. McNeal ran a 4.41 40 and is a hell of an athlete. Robinson is a football player pure and simple, although I don't know where his best position would be.

FLYER!

Seriously, I'd be cool with them taking a Reggie McNeal as early as the 4th.  Why not take a chance on a special athlete after having such a solid first day with 3 big mothers to fight at the LOS?

I also like Jonathan Orr.

Webb and Orr are the two sleepers on this list.  Like them both.

I disagree. They didn't think it was a day one priority, but I think they do want to draft one today.

Of course they will draft a WR.

Yep. I dont understand why people feel this is a HUGE need. Brown - Gaffney - Lewis - Pinkston is atleast a solid group. It's certainly not the best, but managable.

Stalker, Watkins goes to BYU.

It's not unheard of for a player to come back to 100% after an Achilles tear.  Pink might be fine, and if he is, I'm not terribly worried here.

I'm also 100% convinced that Reggie Brown is going to be the story of the year, he's going to kick so much ass.

So there.

It was a rhetorical question.

Where did Reno go to school?

How about Andy?
