Dear The Walrus-
We, as fans, have grudgingly accepted the fact that you are never going to run the ball. We go into every offseason with hopes of signing a big between-the-tackles running back, and every offseason we are given a healthy dose of the Dorsey Levens Delayed Retirement Program or the Correll Buckhalter Comeback Part Three. We know that you won't go after big bruising backs early in the draft. And why should you? You're going to pass the ball 3 out of every 5 snaps, so get weapons for the passing game all you want. I've given up on hoping for anything else.
Here is my gripe. I'm not sure if you've noticed (I mean this is your first head coaching job) but in order to pass the ball your quarterback has to stay upright. Three years ago, you had a good way to accomplish that. You had two solid, occasionally pro-bowl level, tackles. You had two solid and consistant gaurds. You had one of the best blocking FBs in the league. You had a smart TE who knew how to block and a veteran RB who could pick up the blitz perfectly. Draft day trades, old age and free agency have seen many of those players hit the road and now what you have are ZERO runningbacks who can consistantly pick up the blitz, ZERO tight ends who can block at all, ZERO Fullbacks who can do anything, two undrafted players battling for the starting center position, a massive question mark at right guard, a quarterback who isn't as mobile as he used to be and an entire league of coaches who found out last year that the best way to rattle your franchise quarterback is to blitz the hell out of him.
For the love of god, sign or draft someone at a 'skill' position who can pass protect before we are firced to spend the entire second half of the season watching Jeff Garcia run for his life.

"old school"? I think they still have sporks at KFC.
I keep chuckling at "firced." Not sure why, but it's funny.

Time's yours.....
Walrus is Mike Holmgren, not Andy Reid.
Just sayin'.
i thought it was craig stadler or was it ron cey?
Yeah, there'd no confusing those two guys. No way.
Maybe in your head, PG. AR looks WAY more like a walrus than Homgrem.
not only does RJS think that Andy Reid cares about what he says, but he speaks for the entire fanbase with this letter.
you dick, now I have to write a letter to AR explaining that you don't speak for everyone. you really think i have that time? do you? DO YOU?
and next time maybe include some clock managment stuff too
You going to get the italics thing right for Reid? He hates mistakes.
i have no idea what you're talking about, none whatsoever

a massive question mark at right guard
are you really that worried about Andrews?
Andrews is moving to LG? Why?
Whoops. Meant left guard. Don't really know my right from my left. Whenever I get confused I just grab the nearest child and beat the information out of them.
I thought you meant your deodorant wasn't working. I think Secret might be for you. It's ph-balanced, I hear.
