Title: Draft Analyzer site
Post by: EJ72 on March 13, 2006, 01:44:12 AM
This site uses a bunch of mock drafts to determine likely picks by slot and by team, based on how often a player is picked in whatever slot in different mocks.

It also has a tool that tracks a player's stock according to different mock drafts as time goes by.

Those were the two more interesting items there, and the bottom link lists all the mock drafts that were used, over 40 of them.

if anderson goes to the ravens as reported, i think that leaves lendale white on the board at the eagles pick.  i'd take him.

definitely

other than veedee or mario williams both of whom will be gone by the time the eagles pick there isnt anyone that stand out above the others at 14...theres a few i dont want...like hali or one of the linebackers...but no clear cut choice as to who i really would want

It'd be all well and good if the Eagles get Lendale White, but if they don't upgrade the OL and/or FB in free agency, it would be pretty much a complete waste of a pick.

you do realize that white will play more than one year on the eagles

Naturally, but at #14, I would love for the Eagles to take someone that could be a bit of a difference-maker for a possible Super Bowl run this season, as well as beyond.  If they would actually draft a guy like White, then I'd hope they'd have already put the roster in a place to give him a chance to succeed.

Bunkley or White would be pretty awesome. But I would imagine that the Ravens would still consider White. Anderson is old and they are probably going to lose Lewis (they already lost Chester Taylor). They have no depth and no youth at RB. White still makes sense for them.

If the Ravens don't take Bunkley or Mike Huff (if he's still there by some moracle) then I believe they will take DeAngelo Williams.

They need to get a shifty back in there. They have thier pounding back with Mike Anderson and he's 32. Williams would be their future.
