When we moved up to Vermont we adopted a stray Rottie from the shelter. They found him wandering the streets of the next town over from us. He is a great dog, about a year old and our female Rottie loves him. They got along right off the bat. We don't get alot of visitors yet since we are still working on the place, but a buddy of mine who is an electrician came up to visit and to help me out with some of the electrical work. My buddy is darker than I am and the dog freaked out when he came in. He stayed for the weekend and we couldn't let the two of them near each other. The dog also barks when MTV has rappers on, but I never put the two together until now. My buddy had a pitbull and is not afraid of dogs, so that wasn't it. I can't figure it out. Could my new dog be a racist?
