Really can someone who charges for sex actually charge rape? If so, then the failure to pay could be seen as an unkept promise and could change void her permission to enter, thereby changing a permissible act into impermissible and the charge of rape would be the inevitable outcome.

I don't know if she could charge rape, but if someone bangs her and doesn't pay she could at least charge the guy with stealing.

Phreak, don't you know that the failures of today's parents can be remedied by suing the companies who make the very games that those parents are depending on to raise their children?
I'm not going to belabor the point about people raising zesty kids these days, but suffice to say, while I was coaching high school lacrosse I was appalled by how many fat kids with no motivation to succeed/win there were. When I was in high school fat kids were made fun of. They sure as shtein weren't trying out for the lacrosse team. farging kids are better at XBox than they are at flag football. Pathetic.
And don't forget that suing the fast food companies is "in" too.

Know what else pisses me off? When I see kids with cellphones with AIM on it and they talk to their friends on it for 6 hours while being right down the damn street from them. Get off your can and go to your friends house and talk.
And the parents who pay for the phones piss me off too. Have a sack and tell the crummy kid to get a job.
My parents didn't get color TV until I was 10 and didn't have cable until I was 13. I'll be farged if my kids (where ever they are) are going to have cell phones that I pay for. They'll be too busy kicking ass in sports and cleaning to house to have time to talk on the phone anyway.
