Our off-season conditioning program starts on March 20 -- the day after my birthday, by the way (I'm born the same date as Coach Reid, too!) -- and that's when I'll really step it up as far as conditioning and getting myself mentally right for next season.
"Look, I know the media are going to try to talk to me about last year. I'm going to say what I just said. If we don't focus on last year, we're going to have a lot of trouble this year. So it's over. I want to win the Super Bowl this year. That is all that matters to me with this football team.
"I watched the Super Bowl on Sunday and wasn't all that impressed. It was a good defensive game, especially from a defensive standpoint. It didn't seem very exciting. There was something missing. The Eagles, mainly! But I watched it as a football fan and I'm sure they are going crazy in Pittsburgh. I want to experience that feeling. That is the motivation you need to take with you every day. We're here to win, and at the end of the season only one team is happy. The other 31 teams feel they didn't accomplish their goal."
