So I am hiking around Lake Willoughby a few days ago and I get to a cove hidden away on the west side of the lake. As I approach the beach area I see a sign that says "West cove bathing area. Nude bathing allowed. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT.

First off, New England people are pretty conservative, or so I thought. Secondly, who makes a day off taking their kids to the nude beach. What if they took their kids and their kids. I can imagine that conversation. "Jimmy, did you have fun at the beach with Mrs. Hootie today?" "Yeah Mom, I saw her boobs."

Anybody ever go to a nude beach? I am going to go this summer just to check it out. Probably all ugly people.
I've been to several nude beaches on my trips abroad. Aside from the very rare model-esque chick, the majority of the people who take advantage of nude beaches are old, saggy and leather-skinned. I did once see a fairly cute hippy chick hackey-sacking topless in Greece, though. That was pretty funny.
We used to vacation on Sunset Lake (near Fair Haven, VT). Across the lake, near the Boy Scout camp, there was an area nicknamed "Freak Beach". Ex-hippies would show up and bathe there, run around naked. Must have been quite an experience for the Scouts.
And VT isn't so conservative. They were the first state to allow same sex marriages, after all.

never been to a nude beach, but i go to canada everyear to a lake that is pretty secluded. there are several lakes connecting to it that are really secluded and u can't get to them unless you boat in from the main lake. prob 8-9 years ago we were hiking up on the cliffs of the one lake, and we looked down and saw two people swimming in the lake. my dad had binoculars on him so he checked them out and was like I think its naked chicks. so naturally we were like HOLY shtein! Give me the binoculars! Yeaup it was two naked chicks, prob mid 30s, bull-dike looking. It was a great laugh, we watched them get out of the lake and dry their big ass titties. it was scum bag material at it finest.
last year i took my girlfriend up and she likes the outdoors and had no prob with bathing in the lake. so we boated out to a cove with a big rock in the middle and leaped in. it was awesome. although in the back of my head i kept thinking there's prob some sick ass hikers up on a rock watching us. if so they got a hell of a show after we were done bathing. :-D
Theres a nude beach in new jersey called gunnison beach, which is part of sandy hook. A few of my friends went there and said is 90% old fat people, but occaasionally there are a few hotties.
I don't have the balls to go to such a place, especially with my friends. I don't need to know what everyone's junk looks like. I'd imagine sunburn down there would hurt like a bitch.

Walk up the beach from Robert Moses State Park toward Fire Island on Long Island and you will stumble onto a nude beach, I don't know the name of it.
I was walking with this chick on what was basically our second date I guess. Walking up to some house to meet some random people she knew. She knew where we were going.
So we stumble on just what people are saying; older people with their junk hanging out, just playing in the water and on the sand. She takes off her top during the walk, all casual, but it was just to show me her melons, which I hadn't seen yet.
