So, if you turn the volume all the way up on your iPod, it can cause hearing damage. This must certainly be Apple's fault for making the iPod's like that, and they must therefore pay the complainant big dollars! (http://edition.cnn.com/2006/LAW/02/01/ipod.suit.ap/index.html)
Do you know how long it would take for a person to suffer permanent hearing loss from using an iPod?
:-D
Here's a tip: If it's too loud and your ears start to hurt, turn the volume down.
Idiots.

Other tips in Romey's new book include:
-If you ordered coffee, it might be hot.
-If you continually put cheap, fatty foods into your system, you might become obese.
These and more can be yours for only $995 (plus s/h).
I can't stand people and their god damned ipods. Using public transportation, you can hear motherfargers listening to zesty songs from 6 feet away. If you're listening that loud, you deserve to lose your hearing.
did i mention that i also hate motherfargers who talk on their cell phones in public?
not sure how an IPOD is any different than a walkman that played tapes or cd's. turn that shtein up and you lose your hearing also.
maybe apple didn't have a warning in its packaging. those slimey basterd lawyers will be all over that.
Did any of you idiots read this article? He's suing Fiona Apple because he claims her singing has deafened him. Maybe he's hamming it up a bit, but that's not impossible!!

Golf Clap. Nicely done.
By the way, if you breathe in a lot of water, you might drown.
