Apparently, the league allows you to do it when you attempt to run the ball.  Someone ought to inform the coach.

Run....blocking? Wow. I've heard of such a thing, but rarely do I actually witness it in the games I subject myself to.

i think i counted 7 td's out of the 27 he was on the ground after the TD.  The rest he just ran or walked in.

maybe the seahawks should've signed alexander long term after all...imagine trying to negotiate with a guy coming off a season where he leads the nfl in rushing yards & sets a new nfl record for td's.  :-D

Not to mention he'll likely be the reigning NFL MVP.  :-D
