For the first time in about 5 years, we've got Ron Pitts, Tim Ryan and about 3 camera angles!! :-D :'(
PA - Philadelphia, Pittsburgh*, Harrisburg, Johnstown, Wilkes-Barre
NY - Buffalo*
OH - Cincinnati*, Cleveland*
FL - Miami*, Jacksonville*
KS - Topeka
TX - Houston*
CA - San Diego*
* = These cities have an early CBS game, so they get the late FOX game. Nashville and Kansas City said "F it" and they're showing an early FOX game instead...
I was wondering what those other cities did to deserve this game. It's almost like some kind of punishment from the FCC.
Punishment for AFC cities. They're getting screwed.
You'd think McMahon vs. McCown would have a little more drawing power than this.

Yes! I'll be at my mom's for Christmas Eve, away from my beloved satellite dish. That sucker will be on!
is the game so bad that we won't even get it in HD?
i'm almost wishing i was getting another game.

All FOX games are in HD
broadcast in HD and shot in HD are not the same thing. they probably will not have the HD cameras there, just upconvert the signal to be HD compatible.
I feel sorry for the people forced to watch the Saints-Lions game.
Did I read correctly that The Bachelor is announcing that game? :-D

At least that game has some potential for offense. I wouldn't wish the Eagles/Cards on my worst enemy.
Well... other then Cowboys fans.
yup...Matt Vasgersian and Jesse Palmer :-D
(for those wondering where Menefee/Pearson ended up, they got stuck with 49ers/Rams :P )

One thing I'll never get is why Fox cant switch Saturday and Sunday games. Like why 5 weeks ago they couldnt put Carolina/Dallas on sunday afternoon, instead of Packers/Bears. Obviously we know under the contract this year and in the past (it starts next year) that MNF didnt get it, but I dont see why Fox and CBS cant switch around their own games.
because sunday is x-mas they dont want any games on sunday afternoon
But there are games on Sunday afternoon and evening. It's not like the spot isn't available. My guess is they can't switch days because of people attending the game having to alter their schedules, and for logistics surrounding security, catering etc. at the game. Switching days is a lot different than switching time slots.
dont quote me on this but i believe the games sunday are 5 & 830
Eh, where I live the game starts at 4 - afternoon :P
hhhhmmmm, 82 degrees, sunny, light northerly winds. Should I go surfing or watch this shtein? Tough choice on sunday.
Az has Dal game instead AZ game, classic. Do they ever sell out their stadium?

Only when the Cowboys play there do they sell out. Than it's 98% Dallas fans.
Wait, wait, wait. The entire state of Arizona doesn't get the game? :-D
It's the last game at that stadium and you can still get tickets at the 50 yard-line.
Absolutely pathetic. :-D
If tomorrow wasn't Christmas Eve, I'd be there for no other reason than to mock the 50 or so Cardinals fans in attendance.
Its sad that that team will be stuck in the desert for another 20+ years. They would have made a decent Los Angeles option for the NFL. Instead, LA will probably get that disaster called the Saints.

Rome,
Get your facts straight will ya! It's officially 41 Cardinal fans. They haven't broken the 50 fan base mark since Jim Hart led the St. Louis Cardinals to the playoffs in 1974. It was 56 at that time.

That's pretty cool how the football field slides under the stadium like that on gamedays. :-D
