After being told the last two days that we would only see 1-3 inches of snow tonight in Chicago, I now have about 6-7 inches of snow, and it is still coming down. Good luck out east with this one :o
get your bread and water! the end is near!
A plane just slid off the runway at Midway. Snow is to blame, according to CNN. No injuries on the plane, but it hit a car so there may be injuries there..
Snowstorms usually wear themselves out before they make it over the mountains, so we'll get very little here. Supposedly 1-3 inches tonight and 1-3 more in the morning.
What's this "snow" you folks keep talking about?
It's great stuff, snow. You don't know what you're missing, Hurricane Boy.

Nothing more exhilarating than 130 mph winds ripping your neighbor's roof to shreds. :paranoid

While I was quite happy with the weather on the coast over the summer I do admit that it's a total drag knowing that not only will I most likely not see any snow this winter but I'll probably be celebrating X-mas wearing flip flops and a hawaiian shirt. :-\
No, like a Camry.
Arrested rules :boo
We've had 8 inches out here so far, about 90 miles east of Chicago. They were saying 2-5 this morning, but they kept on knocking it higher and higher. I still love snow as long as my snowblower's running.
Snow.

I waas in Phliiy for the MNF blizzard that ruined all of our chanceds at thwe payoffs, but now I;m in Detroyt where they are calling for 12 inches by morning.... traveling sucks....
They're saying 6-8" now since we're getting hit from two directions. The storm coming from the midwest and the rain and junk coming up from the south.
As of now nothing has started falling yet in West Chester. But the drive home in the morning could be fun.
Started snowing here at 8PM, and they are calling for 12 inches by 6 AM... I'm just hoping my flight doesn't get cancelled tomorrow afternoon.......

6 year old boy was killed in a car, if you've ever flown in or out of Midway, it can be a wild decent, or take off, not to much space.
Looks like we got 10 inches of the white stuff now that it is all over, now we got get the school parking lots cleared to ruin all those little kiddies dream of a Snow day!! >:D I'm off
My favorite local saying "Lucky you live Hawaii". 10 - 12 inches in six hours! Wow!
I farging love snow.
i love it too. we got alot more than expected 2-4 here in lancaster, looks more like 6-8 if not more. im actually more excited to pop on the 4x4 and test out the tacoma a bit. :yay

sounds about right my parents got about 8 in Harrisburg. Have fun in the truck. My F-350 (work truck) Owned the snow this morning!
I had an easy drive home this morning as well in the Expedition. Quite a few people were having trouble and I even played good samaritan. But when I got on Route 29 which is a winding curvy never plowed right sumbitch it was a goddamn mess. A tractor trailer got stuck at the light and this is a narrow 2-lane road on a hill. So we had to go around him and play dodge the oncoming traffic. Some goddamn jerkoff tried to go around me as we were moving and I had to go off on the idiot. If a car would've been coming he would've farged us both up.
It stared snowing in West Chester at 0300 and by 0700 we had 5 inches.
Just got inside from shoveling. And now the effing sun is out. So its going to melt the stuff and then re-freeze tonight so it'll be even more treacherous.
it doesnt look all that bad outside. like 2 inches or something.
got a decent amount here in the suburbs. probably at least 6 inches.
i was just behind a guy in a ford focus, guy had chains on his tires. we start going down a steep and sharp angled hill and his brakes lock up....he goes sliding down and then cuts the wheel and he goes into a bank. it was hilarious just watching him slide. he gets going again and around the corner going down a FEDEX truck is stuck closer to the bottom. i love 4 wheel drive. although i think i can use some extra weight in the back of my truck. sandbags....or salt maybe.
or dead bodies.

For you, I thought the natural solution would be cinder blocks.
When you shovel your drive, toss the snow in the bed. Worked great with my '97 Tacoma.
curretly i am low on cinder blocks...sad to say...
good idea with the snow :yay

or dead bodies.
Not sure if that would work. Dead bodies aren't really as heavy as they feel carrying them down to the basement.

Thing I liked about it was, soon after I no longer needed the weight, it melted out.
that's what i used to do dio, worked like a charm and never had to clean up when i didn't need the weight anymore.
rigamortis corpse in the back of the truck bed...need bungee
well my dumbass just put a few scoops of snow into the bed of my truck with my dads john deere. then i plowed his driveway. i left flooring it down the driveway, it hugs the snow, def better traction with the weight. got out of the truck checked to see the mail...as i was getting back in the truck i slipped on my ass, busted my leg on the bottom of the door. stupid. now i remember snow can be a bitch sometimes. i also remembered that i park my truck in my garage. my garage is a good 20 degress warmer than the outside. the big fargin pile of snow in my truck bed will melt and ill have a shtein load of water in the garage. i am an idiot. there i admit it. thanks for the advice! >:(

Get bags of sand. Or cinderblocks. Or anything of weight, like your dumbass.
no fargin shtein...just let me loosen the cinderbrick from your sheeps crushed skull. and by "sheep" i mean mother.
You crushed my mother's skull with a cinderblock? I bet that hurt, and maybe even left a mark.

I've never owned a garage, or lived in a place with access to one. Didn't think of that. Farging hilarious. :-D
So now what you gotta do is open the tail gate, stop the truck at the bottom of a hill, then gun it to unload the back. Just try not to wreck. Dumbass. :-D
