I wanted to convey my Thanksgiving greetings to you guys before a lot of you travel to whatever destinations you're going to this weekend. Have safe journeys--I WANT EVERYONE ON THIS BOARD BACK AND SAFELY POSTING NEXT WEEK!!
At any rate, my wife, who is British, loves the Thanksgiving tradition. She got a taste of it when we lived in the States for a couple of years after I got out of the Air Force. She loves cooking the big meal and inviting friends and family over. Because of the time difference, we eat at 5pm, which is about the right time for the games to start.
Anyway, the things I am thankful for this holiday:
1. The good health of myself and my family, both immediate and extended.
2. The fact that we live in a free society.
3. The posters on this board, even though we might have disagreements among ourselves, we can be thankful in the knowledge that we can post our opinions, whatever they are.
4. I can watch the NFL games, just like you guys can, this weekend.
5. The endearing friendships I have made in the last 12 years I've lived here.
Anyway, HAPPY THANKSGIVING GUYS.

Not a whole hell of a lot to be thankful for about the Eagles this year...but on a personal level, I hope everyone has a great holiday.  Eh...at the end of the day, it's still just a game...farg it.  Happy Thanksgiving ;)

We have 6.

				Happy Thanksgiving, everyone...
I do think we have a lot to be thankful for...health, a roof over our heads, etc etc...
This morning, I  started out being thankful while listening to Tim Brown and Rodney Harrison give their TO opinion on "The Best Damn Sport Show Period" -- lol!!  It was priceless.
Have a great day... ;)

				Things I am thankful for:
1.  My wife and son (Dio may disagree, but that child is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.  :D)
2.  Restaurants that serve Thanksgiving dinner.  We leave in 20 minutes to go do the buffet thing, and there's no clean up!  :yay
3.  Football on Thursday (Go Broncos!)
4.  CF for talk about the Eagles, among other topics.
5.  No school for four days.  ;D
6.  Hurricane season ends in one week.  :paranoid
7.  The temperature actually dipped under 65 for the first time in months this morning.  :yay
8.  My country.
9.  God.
10.  That I've survived nearly 35 years.
11.  The Christmas season (my favorite time of the year) is here!  :deion
12.  My back is good enough to actually help decorate this year.  8)
13.  That TO and Ed Wade are gone.
Seriously, I hope that everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.  Eat turkey, watch football, and save me some pumpkin pie!  >:D

Thanksgiving is just another average day for a legend like me...I'm chin deep in breasts, doing a ton of stuffing, and using plenty of fowl language.
Enjoy the day, bitches.

I can only imagine celebrating with a native american girlfriend.

Usually I celebrate the day by stealing something of hers.  I'm switching it up this year and giving her smallpox instead.

Great Thanksgiving Day story for all to enjoy
