I for one know how lucky, yes lucky we were to win the game, but we finally played a full 60 minutes. I still think the Eagles will be a team to reckon with for a few years still with the same cast of characters. Injuries, while part of the game, just wheck teams.
I will say this much...you will get a better draft pick if nothing else!!
Cheers, mate. You're the class of the bunch. That ain't saying much, but it's not your fault.
What a dreadful night.

Hey I admit I respect good teams...I don't care for some of the Eagles fans and I love poking fun at you while your down, but I know how it is to lose in the last minute of the game. I hope you guys beat up on the taterskins though...We need them to come back down to earth...and you can b*tch slap the Giants while your at it.
bite me....I'm not in the mood for pretending to be nice to a Cowboys fan right now....

Eat shtein. But since this was a sem-quality post I'll let you add some chocolate syrup and sprinkles to it and make it a shtein sunday. Hell, toss a cherry on top too.
But the rest of you Cowpukes can eat shtein. But not just regular shtein. I'm talking about the morning shtein after a night of heavy drinking and greasy food.

Did you say something? I couldn't hear it over all the cheerin in Cowboys Nation! Maybe we will be in the SuperBowl...ummm and win it...something the Eagles can't do... :)
I can't believe these delusions of winning the Super Bowl. Nice comeback win against a desperate team, but you sure as hell aren't going to win a Super Bowl. Wait and see what happens when you play the Giants in their house.
Great now they are using the "nation" thing too.

Ah, throw some salt on the open would why don't ya?
Yup that empty Eagle Trophy Case is staying empty this year! We could end up adding to ours though.

With the 5 Super Bowl trophies, I don't know if you'll find any room for the "most improved team in Texas" trophy, but I suppose if you're that proud of it, you'll find a way.
Why are the Cowboys so obsessed with Super Bowl Trophies?
They make great bongs.
We are so obsessed because it shows how good a franchise has been.....yours has none = not that good ours has the most, 5= very good.
Good game, Eagles fans. I will freely admit that you deserved to win this game, not the Cowboys. The Eagles played a better game for 99% of the game. But that said... Life isn't fair. That's why there are the Philadelphia Eagles. So they can lose, unfairly. Never Win. Always Lose. Eagles. It's really that simple.
And so,

Wow, that was a great comeback JEROME. Do you think that Donovan's mommy ran down to the sidelines after her little precious went off the field with his bo-bo?
Looks like someone needs to take a "mastering sarcasm" class at the local junior college.
They have colleges out where you live, don't they?

Good game, you had us whooped much like we had you whooped in the last game. We were on the other side of that heartbreak not to long back with the Foreskins so we know how bad it sucks. It's been along time since we were able to sweep ya'll, so it was a very big night for us. See ya next year, and please bring more eggs...that seemed to work.

Cowboy fans,
To all those who are "visiting" our board, how long have you all been fans? I am just curious. It just seems most Cowboy fans I meet except for the very few from Texas I've encountered being here in Hawaii, a majority began cheering for the Cowboys in the 70's(great years for the franchise) and early 80's. As a kid growing up in the late 60's early 70's(most of the70's) the birds sucked. I mean really, really bad. It was beyond embarassing. I honestly used to think this team will never win. Vermeil saved my teenage years as he finally turned these bums around. Buddy Ryan at least made things fun, Kotite - not going there, Ray Rhodes gave us a little hope.
Eagle fans are sick of this crap. At least when Dallas went 1-15 you still had 5 Super Bowl appearences to rest on. We don't have squat. Now that this season is shot we are all a little bitter, pissed off and disgusted.
Count your blessings that you don't have to experience the pain and misery we have for the past 40+ years.

I am 23 and my first memories are ofthe 1989 season. I mentioned all that in another thread before the game.
I do feel bad for Eagles fans about that stuff and a post like this almost makes me feel guilty. But you can always turn to the light side and root for Dallas.
the day i root for dallas is the day i snort coke with irvin and smoke crack with stillupfront. and also i guess i gotta find a girl, beat her. buy a trailer to live in, stop showering, talk like an idiot and live off of a steady diet of beer and racoon. doesnt seem like its gonna happen.

Jim O'Brien. I remember there was a picture taken from behind the line of scrimmage as O'Brienwas kicking it. Mel Renfro was so high off the ground he almost blocked it.

I'm 30 and was born in North Texas about an hour or so from Texas Stadium, that's what you do... You root for the Cowboys, every Thanksgiving as far back as I can remember the entire family gathered around the tv after eating and watched the game. My first real memory of the Cowboys is getting Walt Garrison's autograph on a football and I was wearing a #11 Danny White jersey in the early 80's. I think then the addiction started!

Yep. Two Morton INT's set up the game tying and winning scores. Beat by a rookie kicker with a few seconds left.
