Title: Here we are
Post by: stillupfront on November 10, 2005, 02:29:13 PM
TO is gone.
Chad is the TE.
The reliable center is out and replaced by a guy playing his first game.
Dawkins is the man.
Trotter at MLB
We are all pissed at 1 CB because he can't tackle.
The leading reciever is a RB
When I look at it this way.........the sense of deja vu I feel instills a great confidence in me. Things are now right for the Birds to make their playoff run.

Does that deja vu have you remembering the Eagles being only .500 and in last place in the division after 8 games with an 0-2 division record and with the three other NFC East teams all having winning records?  It's nice to think that the Eagles themselves have been in trouble before and turned it around and could do it again, but that was in the context of having some weak sisters in the division.

a peice of dumb trivia....the last time the eagles were 4-4 was 1993, they finished 8-8 under richie the k. started off 4-0...then lost 6 in a row...

the time before that. was 1990...started off 4-4...and finished 10-6 and made the playoffs
