Eagles- 17
Broncos- 13
I think the Eagles run D keeps it up... forces Plummer to let it loose. He will throw a couple picks. eagles gotta keep an eye on the wiley verteran Rod Smith. Greg Lewis and LJ Smith score the TD's. Gomez or whatever his name is gets a chip shot in there somewhere.
Eagles 30
Broncos 17
Broncos come out cold, get behind and lose despite last minute heave-throws. They cry. Eagles win.
27-22 birds
14-10 Eagles.
It would have been 17-3, but Cortez misses the FG in the fourth, giving the Broncos decent enough field position to get a garbage TD late in the game.
Still not feeling confident.
Birds lose 13-10.
one of those games, whatever that means

Eagles win with 14 safeties. Plummer gets his Flanders moustache knocked off.
Eagles win 18 - 16
Cortez misses all XPA and a 22 yard FG.
Eagles 32-20.
No XP or FGs attempted, all 2 pts and bombs on 4th-and-1.

LaMar Gordon and Westy carry the rock 20+ times combined, McNabb has a solid, but not spectacular day. Cortez is involved in a pre-game accident, we someone accidently hits him with well.......a bus. :paranoid
That's the plan anyway.
jake plummer channels paul mokeski and has a good solid game...broncos win quite easy 24-10
If the Offense shows and is remotely effective:
Eagles 24
Broncos 17
If they suck ass like last week:
Broncos 17

I predict that the Eagles offense will drive.........

Elam hits an NFL-record 69-yard field goal which, using NFL Europe rules, scores four points.
Eagles reply comes from Cortez missing a 19-yard field goal which, using CFL rules, scores one point.
the way the birds have been playing, broncos 24-10. what bothers me more then the loss is that i have the same prediction as IGY...

hes down for the year so perhaps this is a good thing
Eagles 17

And that's about as optimistic as I can get about it at this point.
In a surprize, I think the Eagles offense wakes up this week. I'm still not sold on the Cleveland D-line. The Eagles run the ball early and it finally gets effective in the 2nd quarter. Eagles get an early lead and stick with the run. LJ Smith has a big day too, as does the defense. They shut down LT, I'm confident the Denver backs can also be stopped.
Point is....Eagles 27, Broncos 17. Dont forget the Broncos lost to Miami and the Elisha's, beat SD with a last second FG, and only beat Washington by 2...
I'm still not sold on the Cleveland D-line
one thing that does bode well for the eagles is that the broncos are last in the nfl in sacks

Besides the cleveland d-line note, I agree, or maybe I've had too much Green kool aid today, driving around listening to the fight song over and over will do that to you. :paranoid Go Eagles 24 - 17 :yay

meaningless...you can come up with infinite scenarios to support your team this way...if i were a bronco fan for example:
broncos beat taterskins...taterskins beat dallas...dallas waxed eagles
Useless stat predictions:

Turnover ratio: Eagles +4, Broncos +7

You know 3 of Kearse's sacks of his 7.5 from last year were in a single game against the Broncos. I expect a similar outting :evilYou know Jevon Kearse got 3 sacks against the Lions in a single game last year? </random Jevon Kearse fact>

say wha ?
The guy's so good he sacks QBs he doesn't even play.
Jevon Kearse is a SUNUVABITCH!
Why, just the other day he shows up at the church in his golf pants, caked in mud. Well, ol' Jevon Kearse pushes the priest aside and says, "I'll baptize that piece of calamari!" Then he pours Scotch all over my baby son and says, "There! You're baptized!"
Do you guys know Javon Kearse?
Hell yeah, I know Javon Kearse! He's a big fella, goes about 6'4", 280. He loves his Scotch!
Jevon did 3 tours in 'Nam...... I was in Corpus Christi on business a month ago. I had this eight foot tall Asian waiter, which made me curious. I asked him his name. Sure enough it's Ho Tran Kearse!"
"I remember one time Kearse took his family to Sea World... they were watching Shamu the whale when Kearse got splashed! So Kearse yells, 'I'm Jevon Kearse and no one gets me wet!' So he climbs into the tank, grabs Shamu and throws the whale into the audience, splashes him and yells, 'How do you like it?!' And then damn if Kearse didn't step in there and finish the show!"
We once had a bachelor party for Kearse. He ate the entire cake before we could tell him there was a stripper in it.
Javon Kearse is a SUNUVABITCH!
i love lamp
He's a hell of a salesman !

You're smokin', dude.
Lets go with 16-10 Eagles. For some reason I see a low scoring game.
I think last week could have been a significant wake up call for the Eagles. I wouldn't be suprised if the offense clicks this week. That could have been the shot in the ass they needed.
I dunno though, this team has been extremely hard to figure out all year. I just want to watch and see what goes down. When someone deciphers a consistent trend from the birds this year let me know.

Hollis has eaten several entires horses in his lifetime.
His diamonds are all Cubic Zirconium.
He's a Vege-Sexual.

Not comfortable with how the Eagles have been playing. Slow starts, no run game and I hate to say it but:

Denver 24
Eagles 10
Eagles - 24
Denver - 14
Eagles 24
Denver 27
I won't be too upset with the loss if it happens that way. The rest of the NFC East won't go 3-1 against the AFC West so in the long run the Eagles come out ahead. Just gotta take care of business against the rest of the NFC for a change...
Eagles: 23
Horse Latitudes: 17

GO CHAMP BAILEY!
I simulated the game in Tecmo Super Bowl. The game will be a rout: Eagles 35, Broncos 7.
The defense wins this one with 4 takeaways and solid D all around, giving the offense great field position for quick TD strikes. The offense fixes the pass/run ratio, but the running is basically a failure. DMac will be the leading rusher, the rest of the RBs end up with a total of 14 yards.

You know, this post out of all of them, makes the most sense.
But, even still, Eagles have more take-a-ways than the Asses, so they win.
We're gonna lose. Skins will beat gmen and be anointed the new NFC kings by Salisbury, Hoge, Fatty, King, etc. Cowboys will beat Cards. This will make the next three games for the birds crucial. If we can go 2-1 I'll be happy. 6-4 ain't lookin so bad right now.
