So what you're saying is McNabb needs a running game.

QuoteThe Eagles would have won multiple Super Bowl titles with a young Elway as their QB. McNabb would always go gutless or start acting hurt during crucial moments. McNabb is talented but he's no Elway.
QuoteThe one thing he never did was go gutless like McNabb did last year in the SB.
QuoteElway would have never let a team like Carolina come into Mile High pick him off 3 times and win a conference championship. 3 points in a home playoff game?!
So I simply responded with:
QuoteYou can keep sucking off Elway if you want to. He's one of the greatest QB's I've ever seen so I don't know what you're trying to prove other than your man love for him. So feel free to go back to rubbing one out to his poster.
And I got warned for that ish!! Pansy.
Broncos fans are considered mid-westerners. You know them well from your time in KC. They don't like confrontations. If you buck up...they offer your beer and BBQ.
I'm not too sure about the BBQ. It's hard to light charcoal at that altitude.

Denver at home, coming off a loss. 3-1 against 4 decent AFC teams is nothing to scoff at.
There's always been one AFC team the team decided to not show up against in the regluar season. This streak predates Reid.

Quote from: CanuckBroncofan on October 26, 2005, 10:26:03 AMHow many Philly fans here can say they have flown a few thousand miles to see a football game?
MANY of them. Philly fans are among the best traveling fans in the NFL. Try knowing what you are talking about before spewing nonsense from that dirty Canuck mouth of yours.
That's fine and I respect that! I know that Philly has some of the best fans in the world but must you have to bring in geography into this conversation?
In no way does this "Canuck" represent the true Canadian fans who do have good taste, cheer for the Eagles and make the pilgrimage to see there team every time they can!
GO EAGLES - FARG DENVER
So your definition of good taste means cheering for the Eagles? Sorry, I am a true fan and have been for 25 years.
True fan of 25 years...good for you, but I think you'll find most people here have been fans of their team just a long if not longer and they don't need to quote years to be taken seriously .
FARG DENVER!

QuoteThe Eagles and their choking dog of a QB suck.
4 NFC Championship games in a row and zero championships.
A real QB would have taken advantage of that and brought home the Lombardi.
Anyone care to tell me how many SB's Elway played in before he finally won one?
Damn you for stealing what I was going to say.
Elway was like 0-5 or some shtein.
And the guy who started that thread is a Canadian. So that explains it.
I suppose that because I am Canadian that I don't know much about the NFL right? Well, working for Molsons I have had the opportunity to see my Bronco's play in Buffalo on a few occasions and have made the flight to Denver to see them at Invesco. How many Philly fans here can say they have flown a few thousand miles to see a football game? I'm doing it again this year on the 24th of December so please don't make cracks because of geography. Please remember one thing...when you look in the trophy case you still don't have any of these. Oh and by the way the smack was all in fun. Good luck on Sunday!
