Coach of the Week
"Philadelphia defensive coordinator Jim Johnson. Let's face it: Johnson is one of the best defensive coordinators in history. How many times has he done what he did yesterday -- design a defense to smother a great player and good offense?" :yay
Lets thank the good lord JJ is too old to get serious consideration for a HC job. 8)
That very same genius couldn't get any pressure on Kerry Collins or Drew Bledsoe. Just sayin'.
Darwin Walker was out for both of those games. Just sayin'. :flipoff
Too bad worse coach of the week had to go to AR.

That's right, Darwin has mad coverage skillz & would have shut down Terry Glenn & KJ.

I don't know what's funnier: the words that you're trying to put into my mouth or the lack of understanding of the concept of pass rushing that your post implies. :flipoff :-D
Geniuses get smoked by Terry Glenn.

I'm equally perplexed as to whether that post was based your inability to detect sarcasm or a naive overestimation of Walker's impact. :flipoff :-D

Oh I got the sarcasm just fine. If pass coverage was the primary factor in generating QB pressure it might have even been funny. ;)
slurp
they still can't get pressure on the QB unless they blitz. that's going to be a problem if it continues.
Luckily, blitzing Plummer is effective so we can expect to see lots of that this weekend.
And he's never had success against the Eagles, so there's nothing to worry about.

i wouldn't say there's nothing to worry about, but Plummer is the least of their worries. they need to focus on stopping the run with the same intensity that they had this past Sunday.
and plus, Plummer has had success against the Eagles, i remember a couple of games that Plummer brought the Cardinals back against the Eagles to win games they shouldn't have won.
Plummer has wetdreams about playing the Eagles.
Man, there REALLY needs to be a sarcasm flag on this site. Jesus some of you people are clueless.

It makes baby Jesus cry. Cry like RJS watching his ladyfriend strip out of her taterskins jersey.
LOL, I suck. i can usually pick up on sarcasm.
I still have nightmares about MarTay Jenkins prancing past Troy Vincent as time expires in 2001 at the Vet.
