QuoteThe Brand Republic reports the NFL has contacted potential sponsors about staging one of its games at the new Wembley Stadium in London in 2006. NFL Europe has provisionally booked Wembley Stadium for next October, five months after it is officially due to open. The game is likely to involve two of the East Coast teams, with the New York Giants a primary target.
making the giants give up a home game will even out them having an extra one this year. at the same time, would it be fair to any team to take away a legit home game and make it a neurtal game?
I think the Cards would be happy to, as long as it was in Mexico :-D

the easy solution
make it a 17 game schedule (trim preseason to 3). every team gets 1 neutral site game. and no one bitches. (well some will. but most wont, about this anyway)
well yea thats not gonna happen
i know. still an easy solution.
i'd love to go to london to catch an eagles game
why cant the nfl just give up with their international mumbojumbo. the rest of the world things the game sucks. we think soccer sucks. even swap.

Not really an even swap-they're wrong; we're right.
Patriots/Giants

Sorry there's no way the Eagles will get a game over there. The last thing that the world needs is volatile Eagles fans and hooligan soccer fans drinking in the same bars.
itll probably be giants/colts, if they are set on getting a stupid ny team over there.

Eli vs. Peyton...
It'll probably be the Bucs because their owner, the angry amish midget dude, owns the soccer team.
Bucs/Jints
but you have the afc/nfc angle....then again, they probably want to save manning vs. manning for mnf
Yeah.
Theisman will be on MNF next year too. Oh joy.
Well it wont be as bad when they get the Vick-Vick matchup in a few years
I've already become sick. Thanks. I need a pepto pill now.
Imagine Madden doing his last Favre game. Or the last Favre game.
I think it would be the first gay sex on live TV. I think John is planning to kill Deanna so he can marry Brett
Well its a good thing the NFL put Favre on MNF 3 times, so in the possible last year, Madden can keep on Favring.

I like that use of Farve - as a verb, describing announcer-player oral sex. Then, an announcer who does it too much can catch himself some Vicks.
You should all shut up and Favre me.
Mods, new filter please.

I would also be quite happy with this scenario. Funny that! The way I look at it, there are two possibilities for home teams, NYG and New Orleans. Therfore I think it could be Giants/Colts, Saints/Falcons - or Giants/Eagles, Saints/Eagles! ;D
