Quote"Westbrook is probably the most underrated player in the game," said Cowboys defensive end Greg Ellis. "He's so valuable to their offense. He's sort of like Tiki Barber with the Giants. (Westbrook) is the guy who can catch a ball for five yards, and turn it into a 20- or 30-yard gain. He's really a talented football player. He does a lot of things that don't show up in the stats."

Quote"I can't say enough good things about Westbrook," Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells said on Wednesday at Valley Ranch. "I think he's one of the very best players in the National Football League. When I first came into the league there were a few guys like him playing, but there aren't that many now. I wouldn't say totally unique because I think Marshall Faulk in his younger years did a lot of similar things and I think you could compare him to (Atlanta's) Warrick Dunn a little bit to him. But they don't use Warrick with as much diversity as Philadelphia uses Westbrook. I really think he's one of the very best players in the league."

Quote"I know Coach Parcells has talked to me about him before," Reid said of Westbrook. "I know they'll have a plan together to try to contain him. That's enough for me to know that teams respect him. We surely respect them. But when other people tell you that he's a pretty good player, then you know you've got something there."

cowboys are on his nuts so to raise his asking price making it even more certain hes gone from the eagles...what they dont know is that theyll still have to end up playing him twice a year when the taterskins sign him

Poor Westbrook.  Imagine how much he'd suck playing for Gibbs, in that shtein offense.

You remind me of Jack Handey.  Couldn't we start like a daily or weekly thread of, "Deep Thoughts by RJS?"

I never thought I would see something intelligent from this board.   :-D

QuoteWestbrook currently ranks second in the NFC in total yards from scrimmage with 487, trailing only Owens (506 yards). But unlike his receiver teammate, Westbrook does his damage running and catching.

Quote
And while the Eagles have the No. 1 overall passing offense and McNabb is leading the entire league in passing yards with 1,333, and has four receivers among the NFC's Top 15 in receiving yards (Owens 506, Westbrook 268, Smith 265 and Greg Lewis 203), the primary focus won't change from stopping the run, according to James.

Actually I ilked these quotes most.... never thought I would say this, but damn, looking at this our offense IS scary...
