Ray Diddy was talking about an NFL Films piece that he helped produce that will play tonight on ESPN2 @ 7:30pm. It is centered around the excitement in the city and fan base the week leading up to the NFCCG.
Just figured I'd pass it along...
nice phreak....this will be burned to dvd with the quickness
Yeah...he said it was a real nice piece. And I believe Ray so I'll watch it.
Also...Gargano wrote a book about the Eagles season. I forget the name of it but he was pimping it on air today.
Him and a guy named Jere Longman were talking about their Eagles books. Longman's is something like "If football is a religon why don't we have a prayer"
And R-Diddy's Eagles Encyclopedia is out.
i was at Barnes and Noble during lunch and saw a football book that had shoulder pad sean on the cover. I left immediately.

"Pilgrimage: Six Days, Several Prayers and the Super Bowl"
I watched "In their own words" with Reid this morning. It's on again this afternoon, as well as the NFCCG hour long highlights thingy they do.

That's the book by that Longman dude.
Would hoping that someone takes the shoulderpad queer out with a high-powered rifle be "wrong" of me?
:-\

Did you return with a can of gasoline and set it ablaze? If not, then shame on you.
You don't need gasoline. Just toss a match at the EMO behind the Starbucks counter.
My dad has that Eagles HO train set and buildings.
I still get goosebumps when I see Duce run into the EZ against Tampa and hear the crowd. :'(
Seeing the trashman on the verge of tears almost made watching those lowlights worth it.
that angry drunk guy screaming after the carolina loss is my hero.

I KNOW! And he had that totally farged up way of smiling when he stopped talking. He would just stop abruptly and smile that creepy smile of all teeth.
Quakers = weird
it's not hard to understand why other fans hate us, NFL Films certainly does a good job making us look like a bunch of rubes

Yeah...that Quaker dude scared me. Creepy farger, that guy. Especially when he went on his little diatribe at the end and said "it's all coming together now." :-D
Everytime I see an NFL Films special on the Eagles they always show the funniest old lady ever. You guys have seen her...she was on again last night.
Its a clip from the 70's and this old bag has a brown hat and coat on and as soon as the camera goes on her she frowns and gives the double thumbs down. Hilarious.
I liked the old man who built that train set and even had the Philly PD arresting drunks on the set. Too funny.
Two things that stood out to me:
1. The clip of that one guy in total drunken anguish after the Carolina NFCC loss. I was soooo that guy (minus the booze). "Three stinkin' points!"
2. That damned woman, whenever it was, saying they should get rid of McNabb, Reid, and everybody else. I follow the rule saying that men shouldn't hit women...but I'd strongly consider making an exception for her.
