Title: Eagles Youth Jerseys
Post by: Pats and Sox on August 31, 2005, 10:04:54 AM
It's birthday time for the future Mrs. Pats & Sox, and she wants an Eagles jersey. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your view), she's not a big girl and even an adult small is big on her. Any ideas of where I can get a good online selection of youth jerseys? The official team site has slim pickings. She said she doesn't want McNabb or Owens (her roommate has the former, and she doesn't care for the latter). I think an Akers jersey would be OK, but would like to avoid it if possible since I sport a Vinatieri jersey on game days. Most important would be a player with the potential to stick in town for a few years.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

I wear a youth jersey as well. Large or extra large...depending on when I am going to be wearing it (winter needs room for many, many layers...lol)

The official site has Kearse, Westbrook, Dawkins as well.

I have ordered customized replicas from nflshop.com and also got a few from the Official site.

Have you checked out any of the woman-type jerseys? I think they are cut smaller than the regular adult ones.

Doh...never mind. It looks like those are only available with #5 and #81.   :boom

I think if your local to the Philly Area and goto Sporting Good stores or places who carry Eagles jerseys they have a larger selection of jerseys for women and kids. Also try Googling Eagles Jerseys Youth/Kids, try Yahoo Shopping.

Well, as it turned out, Chestnuthillsports.com had a decent selection of Eagles youth jerseys and I got hers on sale: only fifty bucks and shipping was free. Highly recommended.

PG,

Where did you score your Sheldon Brown jersey?  Can't find one anywhere.

Mahalo!  I refuse to invest in a TO or Westbrook jersey right now.  Tempted to pick up a Lito or M. Lewis.  Trotter would work.  I am assuming there's not a lot of Sheldon Brown jerseys out there.

Saw my buddy who used to play WR for the Univ. of Hawaii in his personalized Cowboy jersey last night at a local fast food joint.  Almost as bad as finding a finger in your chili :puke
