Usually a team will pick them up when their rookies turn out to suck. Hasn't happened yet this season.
Both guys could have a case for the Hall of Fame, but no one cares.

Gary Anderson is still with Tennessee I think.
deion was awesome in tecmo super bowl...as well as andre rison. my all-time fav tecmo player had to be christian okoye. he ran over guys. he was awesome.
Bo Jackson was sick on the original Techmo. And Lawrence Taylor would block damn near ever PAT/FG attempt. I don't know how, but he always managed to find the crack and bust through it. :evil
Jerome Brown was sick in that game too.
And Randall, you could call the QB around and score every play.

The fastest player in the game is actually Scott Norwood. But he has to pick up a blocked FG for you to see it. :-D
If your use the Raiders you can put Bo at TE or WR and use back up WR Graddy at RB he is lightning fast for an RB. Fred Barnett is awesome in that game and still #1 in my heart. :cfhead
