Kearse is down now.
Wynn Punt Return TD.
Kearse OK.

I'm here... can't see the game or anything so doing other stuff and looking at NFL.com every so often to watch the gamecenter (when it works). Not much I can comment on or anything. Texans are looking pretty decent though.

OH Happy day. Thanks man.
The secondary's looking pretty stout. That increased turnover idea seems to be working so far. 2TOs and a forced fumble already. :yay
Manneans moved early.
Herremans first mistake. Blocking Sled time.
Anyone see how much bigger Andrews was that Ray Lewis :o Wow-o.
Herremans second mistake. Laps. :-*

You have to sign up for field pass to get the audio feeds. I might do that once the season starts, but before the sound kept cutting out over and over again so unless they fixed that it's not worth the money.
Herreman's in with the starting unit? I thought Tra was back? Or is he not playing today?
What happened on the pick?
Collins just threw a bomb for a TD. I don't know if Moss is playing, I'm not paying too much attention to the game.
Either McNabb overthrew Lewis or Lewis may've pulled alligator arms.

Playaction pass to Greg Lewis in double coverage. The pocket wasn't looking great and it was 3rd and 22.
McNabb with the nice scramble.
Christ DMac makes me nervous when he takes off like that......but good to see he hasn't lost a step.

Yeah he forced that one.....Lewis had three guys around him, and DMac gunned right to Rolle.
Stinger for Kearse, he's out. Sprain for Jenkins?
Where the hell was the Ravens defense?!
That was sad- Westbrook barely had to try.
Jaworski: Ray, your jock strap's laying on the ten yard line. :yay
Westy goes to the house. Didn't even look like they were trying. to tackle him. I'm going to make my Westy Contract guess now.
This Ravens defense does look like Buddy's defense...the Arizona Cardinal version. :-D
How long 'till Rex punches Fassel?
I'm here having big time lag problems :P
Screenies at halftime.
This just in: Simoneau made a special teams tackle. An ankle tackle.
Boller completed a pass under pressure. Kearse is back in. Pass negated by penalty.
Samari Rolle out for the game...
Trotter killed Mason.
What happened on the Westbrook score? Man I hate this. Stupid Direct TV.
Another turnover. Boller for president!
Fumble recovered by Patterson.
Mike Lewis bangs Boller, ball lost and Patterson scoops it up. He was walking away with the ball like, "Me likey lil brown ting."

Mahe with a 3 inch gain!
I missed the catch by LJ.
Reno came up with the ultra high swing pass for no gain.
I think McNabb was looking for TO on that play.
McNabb tried to stand around and wait forever.
35 yarder by Akers, negated by holding on 85.
Akers good from 45, no penalty. :)
He's driving me nuts trying to shrug off a 250lb lineback tackling him instead of just going down. Note to McNabb: Preseason.

McMahon's in and sucking.
I didn't realize Patterson recovered that Boller fumble. Was he playing LDE on that down?
McMahon fumbles, recovers, scrambles right, tosses to Wilbur but he can't come down inbounds.
Reno tired to call a timeout but couldn't get it. Mike gets sacked.

2. Dawkins INT
3. Hollis forced fumble (Ogden recovered)
4. Lewis sack & forced fumble (Patterson recovered)
5. Trotter absolutely killing Derrick Mason (a full decleater)

Wilbur gets mugged and drops the pass. Offsetting penalties negates play.
Reno with another great draw to take it to midfield.
Mike goin' no huddle now.

QB draw for a first down.
I still see members of the Ravens first team D on the field...Reed, Suggs, Gregg.
How can you throw a pass for minus 9 yards? Was Perez running backwards?
Perez with the sliding catch!
Yeah they're still out there. I'm glad Big Red pulled the 1st team O though...
Carlos Perez makes a very nice catch--24 yards
Perez torches Deion! :-D
Suggs vs. Armstrong...hmmm...
Reno beats Deion for a short pass. Negated by penalty.
They burned the clock to settle for a FG.
Kibble gets blocked, returned for a TD.
Ravens block the FG!
Ed Reed scoops it up and pitches it to McAlister...TD Ravens
Blocked.
I think McAlister might've hurt his hamstring on the return.
They're reviewing it.
Andy Thorn blew the block...his man blocked the kick.

Jevon Kearse - stinger - missed 1 series
Dexter Wynn - nasty lookin tackle - his leg got caught under him - looking at his ankle - no word
David Akers - got his right knee banged up - no word
Jenkins didn't look bad, but he couldn't walk off. We need to trade for another receiver although I love Perez so far.
Jenkins' did look bad, bro. He was hardly touched and went down in a heap. I thnk it was the knee that he blew out in college too. Hopefully they are right and it is just a sprain though.

I meant it didn't look like it was a play where you get messed up, because he didn't get his leg tangled or anything. It was kinda hard to see wtih the bodies flying all over. It did look bad though when he tried to get up and he just collapsed.
We're loaded with marginal WR talent. :yay
sounds like you're describing one of the many Buckhalter season-enders.
Kickoff to start the second half, Hood to the 27.
The only in-game season ender(not counting the Rams NFCCG) was last preseason at the Pats. That injury did look bad.
Moats powering through the defense to the right for 4.
Moats stopped for a short gain.
Samp with a first down catch.
Pass complete to Samp for the first down. Personal foul on the Ravens for 15 more after the catch.
Moats with nothing to the left, holding on the Eagles.
That was probably the most obvious hold in the history of professional football.
Moats with a nice carry, but another penalty.
I love Ryan Moats...his running style is fun to watch.
Goddamn penalties. Come on, OL. Get your fargin heads in the game.
Backup linemen need some sled time.

So Billick pissing and moaning like a bitch was the reason Martin Patterson had on Trot's jersey?!?
I was listening to the game on YSP on the way in to work and Merril and Mike were arguing about it but never said what was going on.
They were arguing pretty good...it was funny.
Merrill: "Guess who is coming on the field with 1:00 to go, Mike? Jeremiah Trotter."
Mike: "What" No way that's Trotter!"
Merrill: "They don't have 2 #54's, Mike. I know that. And the jersey clearly says T-R-O-T-T-E-R. I know what I'm talking about"
This went on for like 5 minutes...and then they thought they did it for shteins and giggles and were wondering of they could get fined for switching jersey's.
The question here is..is there NOTHING that Billick wouldn't bitch about?
I hate that farger.

QuoteOffensive tackle Todd Herremans, whom the team selected in the fourth round after sending three picks to Green Bay, started in place of Tra Thomas against the Steelers and Ravens and really held his own against two of the better defensive units in the league. "I feel comfortable out there. I don't feel overpowered or anything," said Herremans, who is making the transition from small school Saginaw Valley State.
He's earned kudos from another small college product on the Eagles offensive line.
"I think you just have to have the right mindset," said center Hank Fraley, who played at Robert Morris. "I think he came in here, he was well coached. He's letting his abilities and talent take over. If you're a talented guy and smart and can adapt to the different speed of the game, you're going to do well. He's been able to do that."
Billick invented the game, he does deserve an occasional bone thrown his way here or there.
I apologize if this has been covered already but regarding the blocked FG just before halftime, was it that close on the lateral? Bad call?
It was a forward lateral. It was very close. He did pitch it behind, but the ball wasn't in Mcalister's hands until the 40.5 yard line which was after the 39.5 yard line which it left his hand from.

QuoteAsk Michael Irvin, Jeremy
Jim Johnson praised free-agent rookie safety Jeremy Thornburg's performance against Baltimore, telling reporters Thornburg "looked like Tim Hauck out there."
Asked about that, Thornburg said: "Who's Tim Hauck?"
At the University of Montana, where he's now an assistant coach, Hauck probably will hear about this and chuckle. Hauck was a safety, smallish and unexceptionally muscled, like Thornburg. He played for seven teams over the course of 14 seasons. Toward the end, the Eagles used to call on him when they had somebody go down in the secondary, or needed a special-teams jolt.
Hauck played for them the entire 1999 season, when he authored the hit that ended Michael Irvin's career, Oct. 10 at Veterans Stadium. Irvin tried to duck under Hauck and slammed his own neck into the turf, suffering a spinal injury. Hauck then got the call after camp began in 2000, '01 and '02. He wore the No. 45 that Thornburg wears now.
"I don't have the size, as a safety in the NFL," said Thornburg, 6-foot, 190, from Northern Arizona. "I know I'm going to have to play harder and hustle harder to make up for that, so the coaches will notice me."
Boo that man!

Jim Johnson praised free-agent rookie safety Jeremy Thornburg's performance against Baltimore, telling reporters Thornburg "looked like Tim Hauck out there."
Asked about that, Thornburg said: "Who's Tim Hauck?"
