Today my love for the Eagles have officialy reached insane levels.  On Thursday September 1 I am getting the Eagles logo tatooed on my chest.  It is going to be pretty damn big I am on doing the black outline with a green eye.  Feel free to make fun of me now.

Were you drunk when you made this decision? Just wondering.

				:yay

No, just always wanted to do it.

How big is it going to be? Like shoulder to shoulder big?

Always thought about doing that, not that I'm much of a tat guy....but I figured that once I did, it would pretty much lock in a move to L.A. for the Birds.  So you have my inkless body to thank for the Eagles remaining in Philly.  You're welcome.

I've been giving some serious thought to the (http://www.concretefield.net/favicon.ico) icon....

No, but it will cover a good portion of my chest.

That would be awesome. :cfhead :cfhead :cfhead

Awesome and sad at the same time.

I've got the Eagles head tattooed on my calf.  It's a little bigger than the Eagles head you would find on a baseball hat.  Had it for a few years now.

Seriously, I'm thinking (and have been thinking for about a year now) of a small Eagles head on my upper chest.  Probably about 2" x 2" or so.....
I am SOOOO glad I held off on this tattoo in my youth:

I've got two tattoos.  Third one--the standard heart and banner "Mom" flash--is scheduled for Sept. 24th.
I would however suggest that you think again.  Not saying don't do it--how could I?--just think hard on it.  It's a logo for a big corporation which gives two shteins about the fans at the end of the day.  It's about money, and money only.  You want that on your body?
I pledge allegiance to the Eagles as well, but only so far.  Anyway, just saying.  If you get it, post pics!

This isn't something that I have decided on a whim I've thought about it for a long time.  The whole coporation doesn't concern me.

Have you ever bought any Eagles hats, jerseys, keychains, etc?  If so, then you've helped line the pockets of the evil corporation that doesn't care about you.  When I paid $70 to get my Eagles tat the only person to make any money off it was the guy with the ink.
Just saying that if you think about it, maybe getting a tat is a little more logical than buying team merchandise.  That way you can support the team without making the people who run the corporate side of things any richer.  ;)

id be pissed when they change the logo in 10 years and or move the team or bought out.  its hard to believe that ever happening(bought out or move), but u never know.

The logo change wouldn't bother me a bit, it will just mean that my tat would be old school. ;)

I'm gay. :D

				Good luck with that.

Sounds cool. Well, except for that whole Eagles logo thing... :=)
If it's gonna mean something to you for life then go for it. That's all that really matters.
I'm getting the "NY" on the small of my back this fall as soon as the weather cools. Learned my lesson doing it in the summer, thinking it would be better since there's less clothes to deal with. Being wrong sucks.

Go for it, DMF(you should go back to that s/n, by the way - and since JJ is done for the year, please spare us)  :-D
I am getting the Eagles logo on my right biceps.

Right biceps?  You have 2 of them......on the same side?   You must be cock diesel.

I borrowed some of Raffy's stanolozol.

				:-D
BTW, just my personal opinion but I don't think an Eagles tat would look good on the bicep.  Back, chest or calf would be the best place for it.  But like I said, just my opinion.

Nice choice on repping Scrap Iron too.

I may go get an Eagles tattoo...since I want to get a tatt and my buddy has yet to design it for me.
Which, by the way, any body on here artistic?  My sister took all the art skills and left me with the ninja and bow hunting skills.  I know what I want and am willing to pay for the design....if anyone wants to take a stab, let me know ;D

I think I'd go with the shoulder if I was doing it.

Well, I finally got it today! It was a week later than it was supposed to be just due to some scheduling conflicts.  It looks totally sweet I couldn't be happier with it.  I did make a minor adjustment rather than getting it smack dab in the middle of my chest I got it on my left breast.
I have two other tatoos one on my upper back and one on my left upper arm; I did not realize how painful the one on my chest would be.  It also had to cover up a scar so every time he went over the scar it was a little more painful than the rest.  All in all it is great. :yay
