Sarge has a great value pick, the worst pick in the draft by far is the #1 overall pick of Michael Vick.  Man what is Wingspan smokin?  He's gonna end up with second rate RBs at best, maybe one good WR and Vick.  THat's right, the NFC vs. AFC battle begins!

Yeah, great job picking a running back who was already playing behind a questionable line that has now lost it's best player for the year.

He was given Vick.  Dio explained how and why in one of the other threads.

Basically, Wingspan thought he sent a list.  Dio never got it.  Dio used a 20 sided D&D die (or something) and rolled a 17 I believe.  Then, looking at CNNSi's top 75 players, Dio "awarded" player number 17 (Vick) to Wingspan.

Seems like a fair solution imo.  Could have been worse...Dio could have just gave him Ricky Williams.

something happened and my email didnt go through with my 1st pick. and because of that, some magic dungeons and dragon spell gave me mike vick.

or something of the sorts.

i'm still gonna run away with the title though even with the most overrated QB of all time.

Favrervre will not do much this year and will throw many many picks, Portis will not have the line in front of him like he did in Denver, plus he has to run against our tough D-line... :paranoid

I'll be camping in the poconos with friends.  two rules:  no guns and no children.  Should be a blast, celebrating my 30th b-day.  Good luck this weekend everyone.

Awesome.  Wonderful time.  18 friends and family.  Great time.  Got a couple righteous, totally extravagant presents, too.  A 250 gig external hard drive (that's right, a quarter terabyte, and a Roadcrafter Aerostich suit.  I was overwhelmed.  You don't turn 30 but once, and everyone made my 30th perfect.  I'm looking forward to 40 now!!
Next year my brother turns 30, so we are gonna do it again, but better.  Thanks for asking.

And I got home in time to watch my reach throw 4 TDs.  LOL.

Well, I read that and it says:
QuoteThe priority list is initially set based on the reverse of the draft order. However, each time you add a waived player to your roster, you are pushed to the back of the list, so the team with the lowest waiver priority will always be the team that completed the last successful waiver claim.

Deion Branch was not a waived player at that time, and was a FA. So, my priority shouldn't have changed. Also, your team's #10 on the waiver list. You didn't add any players. Wingspan's team must be #10 because he got the very first pick in the draft.

I'm not sure what happened with the TE though because I picked up Freddie Jones last week and was certain I made the switch.  Guess I dorked something up.  Oh well, not like it would have made a difference for me this week anyway.   :-\

I like Gates a lot and i was considering replacing Graham this week.  The only thing holding me back is my trust for Drew Brees.  Will he continue throwing TD passes and will their offense continue their success?  I like Dom Davis...he's my starter on my old hometown league.  I got burned by him a few times last season when my friend played against me.  He just lit me up with Davis.
It's a toss up...but i know that Gates will be a stud for a long time in this league.

I am looking for a replacement QB. Roy Williams in trade? CSD, I know you have two QBs on a bye, I'd be interested in one of them to fill for my QB in the coming weeks. Will entertain any reasonable offers ....

Send me an offer.
