5dimes has them at +9 (I just bet it at -120).

They have TB anywhere from +4 to +12 -- just the vig changes depending on what you bet

You can still take it at the true market line and pay the normal juice of -110..I like that they offer options. They don't do it with every line tho - only certain ones

No, when you tease you take the lines given to you. Add 7 to what I posted and those are the teaser lines - you cannot manipulate them

Offshore books usually have better lines, yes. Except Bodog/Bovada - they post shtein and don't give a lot of options. The majority of the books have the same lines as Vegas with the standard juice but some allow you to take different lines with more or less vig.

Want TB at +9? Pay the extra vig.
