Pays better than 10:1. My reasoning is as follows: Oakland coming off late Monday night win and going across country (and Bills are for real), Saints need the win more than the Bears and are at home, Cards can't stop anyone, and they have enough offense to almost keep up, Jets play to the level of their opposition and Jags are underrated, Packers will throttle a Panthers team that was a mirage against a zesty defense last week.
