If it's as a starter, than it's also a sign that Oswalt's rehab starts aren't as promising as the team is letting on.

im guessing oswalt is done and they just arent saying....dood has wanted to retire for the last couple years and i think his heart is not in it

so harang is insurance for him...if somehow oswalt makes it back then harang becomes a stutes insurance policy
