Lee got squeezed a bit on a few pitches, but he's also missing spots.  That could be trouble later.

And, of course, the Phils have two outs on 3 pitches...

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Domonic Brown was removed from the DL and optioned to AAA.

???

I guess it's to get him some at-bats to make sure he's game ready to play in MLB.

...Or it could be that the Phils think that Ibanez won't do his John Vukovich impression all year.  :paranoid

Yeah, he really got squeezed on that last walk of the inning. Was up 0-2 and couldn't get a call on 3 borderline pitches. But had he showed more control in the inning he may have gotten them.

Good to see them work the count, if for no other reason than to give Lee a little rest.

what're the chances Polanco bats .320 this year if he stays healthy? Dude just hits everything

He's done it twice (with Philly/Detroit in 2005 and with Detroit in 2007), so it's definitely possible.

Nice play by the left field wall to keep Wright to a single.

PS...these guys are letting Young have his way with them.
