We can go round and round about defense all day long.  It really doesn't matter which team has the better statistical defense.  It doesn't matter which defense has the most probowl players.  The only thing that matter is the final score at the end of the game.  Who wins?  Be it because of offense, defense or special teams.  Who wins the most games?  Who has the better TEAM?  From Ownership all the way down to the beer vendors, the Eagles have proven to be the best in the division and conference for the last 5 years.  Stats are good but the score is the only thing that matters.   And last year the Eagles outscored their opponents 386 - 260 while the taterskins were outscored 240 - 265.  Also, keep in mind that of those 260 points 58 of them were given up in the final 2 weeks of the season when the Eagles didn't play their starters. 

So for all of the Skins fans here who want to argue about how stout the defense is, go right ahead.  It's a good defense, I won't deny that.  Too bad it's going to waste because there isn't a hint of offensive talent on that team other than Portis.  Enjoy fighting for second place in the division again this year suckas.

No excuses.  Sean Taylor should be able to tackle someone 75 lb. lighter than him.

That was a 3rd down play.  We scored on that drive making it 20-6 and putting the game out of reach.

Wow. The Skins won a preseason game with a vanilla gameplan against a nearly undefeated team from last season that surely brought out every trick they had. Cower's offensive genius was no match for Gibbs and whoever the farg is running that defense.

Skins defense is better than iggles, IMO.
