tnt blocked off the entire night for a DH. if there we 2 game 7's, one goes early and one goes late.

no matter what the game beats the fight in actual eyeballs

it would have been 6 and 9 or 530 and 8 something like that...perfect lead in's for the fight...no way were they going head to head...their entire watching audience would have been gone before the second half started...including spurs and clip fans

the timeslots are set in advance....there is some wiggle room here and there but tnt had primetime blocked off for games. they werent going h2h with the derby, which will pull in 4 or 5x the audience of the fight.

you are totally over estimating the fight audience. or the fact that the nba cares enough about some first round series with 2 teams nobody cares about to bend over backwards to accommodate an event that will generate like 3 million viewers.

do me a favor and guess the audience for spurs/clips game 6. dont look.
