Oh dear god, you should meet my friends who are USC grads.  "OJ didn't do it, we got farged by the NCAA, the Coliseum is Mecca, farg UCLA, SEC sucks, Pat Haden is the messiah, Mike Garret is awesome........".  I swear they are still in their Freshman year 25 years later. I was hoping the next sex scandal involved SC just to shut them up.

Ha, I think Grobe's personality is a good fit and would do fairly well stabilizing the program. 

That being said, he would make PSU even more conservative if that was somehow possible.  It is maddening to watch a team have 1st and 10 with 55 seconds left on the 30 yard line down 2, run once into the line, call a TO with 10 seconds left, and try a 48 yard FG for the win because he doesn't want to risk the team throwing an interception.
