I cried just a little.  made the wife watch this as that was the Sixers logo from my childhood and early Doug Collins and my all time favorite philly athlete (next to Garry Maddox. Willie Montanez, Carmichael, Bergey, Seth) - GEORGE McGINNIS.

I know the Sixers have been winning, but Embiid just doesn't look as good as last year to this point.  Don't know if it's the knee, Simmons, or a combo, but he hasn't been as dominant.

something is definitely wrong with the big guy.  amazing block to end that game but man he's got cement feet and no arc on his shot.  all things that would be affected by a bad knee.

Not really jo is easily the best player on any of the teams they have beaten even with a sore knee

you can do both things tho
give them props for their record
and at the same time knowing the reason it's as good as it is

yeah I'm not getting excited yet.  but it's really nice watching the bench guy get so much run early on - wouldn't have otherwise with the way doc runs lineups.  I enjoyed the bball Paul / Drummond combo last night.
