Curious about this. The Sixers partner with StubHub, if the fans purchased their tickets through StubHub why should the season ticket holder be responsible?

Usually they have language in there where you're responsible for whomever ends up with your tickets. I've sold some Astros games on there and i seem to recall reading that in the contract.
