Welp, we got power and water back and the insurance adjuster is coming out tomorrow to survey the damage. No one died that I know so all in all I'd say thank Moms Nature.

I may have a low temperature in the 30s once or twice. It's important to stay warm in those cold winter nights!

There's no damage and no insurance adjuster. You probably never even lost power or went to a hotel.
