Just had a really random and crazy hail storm. Was loud as hell. I definitely saw a few golf ball size hail fall.

More storms and heavy rain.

Left the house to go buy a new living room set and it was sunny. In the time it too me to pick the one out and pay for it the skies opened up and flooded the streets. Interesting drive home. We are going about 20mph and yet there's always the dicknoses who want to drive normal despite not seeing shtein. Watched one spin his brand new mustang out into the concrete barriers. Good for him.

The temperature in Washington, D.C. has a chance to surge above the century mark for the first time in almost four years late this week. It may mark the start of the summer's fiercest heat wave, which could challenge some records.

Weather models are now fairly uniform in forecasting  high temperatures near or above 100 degrees this weekend. Temperatures could approach 100 on Friday and Monday too, models suggest.

Of particular interest, the European model predicts a high of 106 degrees on Sunday, which would tie D.C.'s highest temperature ever recorded (established August 6, 1918 and matched July 20, 1930).
