rams over
niners under

but too early to do anything
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I will be in Vegas next weekend and I was hoping the Eagles would open at 9.5 so I could hammer the over.

PoopyfaceMcGee

Pull an IGY instead. Hammer the under, and shave your pits.

lol

AND bet on the Braves

PoopyfaceMcGee

Eagles at 10.5. And the under pays +110.

I admit it. I'm a hedger like IGY and put $50 on the under.

ice grillin you

yeah i already did that last week....a hell of a lot more than 50 tho...its such a good number because if you lose the bet the eagles automatically make the playoffs

Yeah, I was thinking that this will be like the 2nd time in history a team with 11 doesn't make it.

I wanted to go a hundy, but I had having funds tied up for so long. But I did put another $50 on the Bills o5.5. Then they traded Lee Evans.

ice grillin you

they dont let you switch your bet to the ravens?

I had a bet with my buddy that the Phillies would have more wins than the Giants. It's safe to say I'm going to win that bet. Problem is he lives in Cali. and I'm getting the hint that he's going to welsh on the bet. What are my options? Smear campaign, send someone to take him out. It's for $100. If it were for $10 I'd say farg it but I know he'd bug the shtein out of me for $100 so I have every intention of collecting.

Here's a question for the fine people in this thread: How do you place your bets? Do you do it online or through a bookie. I finally have a decent income and would like some action for this upcoming season.

ice grillin you

i think i may be the last person in the world outside of south philly to still use a bookie

tho i would go online more if i could find a place to take a cc....but i dont want to hook up my checking account to one of tbose shady sites

online is great of you wanna make small bets because you can collect at much lower numbers than a bookie....but theres something awesome about doing it the old way...kind of like flipping the pages of a real newspaper versus reading philly.com on a kindle

I pulled out all my money from other sites after last season. Did some research for this year and ended up on legends.com. I got 30% in cash bonuses (requiring only 5x rollover, most sites are at least 20x). Also, I deposited through Western Union online using my credit card, and Legends reimbursed the $81 fee. I know 5% of their bonus is only available Tue/Wed/Thur (bonus code "PUSH") but the other 25% (bonus code "STASH") is any time.

I would go onto sportsbookreview.com and read their reviews, then open an account with the site of choice, then either get them on the phone or on live chat to make damn sure you get all of your bonuses and to walk through deposit options. There are plenty of ways to use your credit card through an intermediary, and I really like WU personally. Just have to make sure that the site doesn't Todd you on refunding fees. 5dimes, for example, caps the amount they'll give you.

Also, SBR will tell you which sites are better for larger limits, if you're into that.

That sounds too complicated, think I'm gonna hit up the seedy side of my wop family to see if there's a bookie I can use. This is probably a dumb question since not many of you live here but can you place sports bet at a racetrack or a casino? Parx is about a 10 minute drive from me.

PoopyfaceMcGee

Pennsylvania has legalized intrastate gambling only, which is why you can bet on horse races at the track themselves and play poker/table games. I do not believe that PA casinos are legally allowed to have sportsbooks like AC or Vegas.

Setting up an online account is super easy. Depositing (and to a lesser extent withdrawing) are both a little harder, but even if you're a bit slow on the uptake, it's still less than an hour to work it all out. The other option I had at Legends was to use my credit card to buy a Visa or MC gift card. Then, I could have just used that gift card directly, but they don't refund the cost of it.

MDS

bodog takes credit cards but that comes with a small fee...something like 5 or 6 bucks if you drop in 100

they are pretty legit but sometimes their lines get screwy.
