Worse coach: Andy Reid or Wade Phillips?

Everyone is reflexively anti-Reid at this point in his coaching career, but would you trade him for Wade Phillips?

Wade is an unmitigated disaster and has no business being a head coach of any team.
Reid has his strengths, but leading a group of laughing hyenas to a championship after 10+ seasons of failed attempts is not going to happen.

Wade = terrible coach.
Reid = time has run out in philly.

I think Andy is a better coach just because of the fact that he didn't put up with TO's crap, while Phillips seems to want to just sweep it under the rug and try to make like nothings happening there.

That's mainly because Reid has real authority on the Eagles, while Phillips is primarily a stooge for Jerrah.
