It is a glorious time. We'd have this situation a lot more often if the Phils didn't take 15 year breaks between being contenders.

As evidenced by my signature, getting into the playoffs is not the city's problem though... we average very close to two teams in the playoffs per year.

I don't know what the all-time record is for number of playoff series a city's teams have been to without bringing home any championships, but this current Philly stretch has to be way up there.

good game last night.  i paid $11 for tickets and sat in row 10.  washington fans are so awful.
